We have stayed here twice already and both times were great. Spacious, comfortable and clean rooms. Friendly owners, decent breakfast and a very good dinner in their restaurant.

This was our 2nd stay at this hotel. We like the ambiance, the comfortable beds and the view of the valley. We enjoyed the terrace for evening ice cream.

This was an interesting place located in the woods above Bad Frankenhausen. It had a lot of taxidermy that was interesting to look at in the dining room. We had dinner at the Biergarten and had a pretty good meal though a bit pricey. Likely this was because this is a popular area and a spa town, We travelled by bicycle and they provided a secure place for us to store our bikes.
