Boasting a garden and views of garden, Schillers Hotel & Café - GARNI - is situated in Lüdenscheid, a few steps from Lüdenschied Culture House. This was a really quaint little hotel, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay - wish it could have been longer. Restaurant downstairs was fabulous, and breakfast selection was great. Very comfortable bed, huge room, and they even had pillows avbl that were not the usual German feather pillows that kill your neck for a week after.

The breakfast was amazing with a great variety of products including several delicious cheese and ham. It clearly exceeded my expectations

Located in Winterberg, 12 km from Kahler Asten, Die Sperre provides accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, a bar and a garden. The breakfast was what we expected. Meat, cheese, eggs, yoghurt, fruit en drinks. The staff was more then friendly and made us feel at home from the moment we entered this fine establishment. The room was very clean and the only thing we missed in the room was a water boiler. Everything else was far above expectations. We will definitely come again for the next winter season

Extras include a desk. owner was very friendly and helped me booked all my taxi needs. This is a 210 years old building and they did a fantastic job restoring it. Few minutes walking diatance to city center. right by a small creek that I enjoyed jogging in the morning and afternoon.

The location is beautiful, great for skiing. The hotel is located slightly out of the town (10 minute drive) but plenty of parking is available at both the hotel and in the town. We enjoyed the indoor swimming pool. The food and service in the bar area was fantastic. Overall, we enjoyed are stay and will visit again.

The location of this classical hotel in the middle of nature. Fantastic starting point for (easy) walking through the Sauerland forests, with clear indications of routes. The hotel itself is classical, with renovated (comfort) rooms, absolutely quiet and very well equipped. Personnel very friendly and helpfull; good breakfast and (a la carte) restaurant.

The panorama loft in combination with the rooftop sauna and swimming pool is absolutely amazing and relaxing. Breakfast has everything you need to start your day in the beautiful Sauerland.

"Grand" Hotel with history and tasteful renovation. Comfortable rooms and very big garden to relax. 2 swimming pools open and internal - sauna, spa, sunbeds and towels for everybody! Everyday hiking and sports program - excellent kitchen - breakfast with multiple options you will not miss a thing!
Everything - wonderful walk in the forest right outside of the hotel, luxurious spa, great breakfast and amazingly warm staff!

the location. the staff. the area. Anja in the restaurant was wonderful. The staff do very well in representing the hotel and the local area. the swimming pool and sauna ate great. the park land was great for walks during the day and a stroll in the evening. we hope to stay again on our next trip.
