We arrived at the hotel fairly late in the evening, but were still given a warm welcome by the receptionist. She provided clear information about the hotel and drew our attention to the additional activities on offer. We were also a bit late for the restaurant, but that wasn't a problem either. Our lake-side room was spacious and modern. Bathrobes, slippers, a coffee maker and complimentary coffee and tea were all provided. There was also a lovely bag containing towels for the pool, a hairdryer and nice products in the bathroom. The shower was fabulous. An ironing board was available. In short, the room was well equipped. Breakfast offered a great range of cold and hot foods, juices and bubbly. The staff were very accommodating, too. We ate dinner there too, as it was convenient. Nice choice. There was a lively bar. There is a great swimming pool area and sauna, etc. We really enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to returning.

Perfect location, beautiful views, excellent service, breakfast included everything you would need for the start to the day, food and drink was plentiful and perfectly represented the Bavarian cuisine, infinity pool was unique with a backdrop of the lake and Austrian Alps.

Perfect location (short and easy walk to the lake and center of town), spacious room (#2 Romantic) with a balcony and lovely view of the lake and mountains. Breakfast was sumptuous which we could take in the glass-walled terrace 🤗 Loved the pond🤗

Very comfortable accommodation in a great location. It's very nicely furnished and spotlessly clean. The little kitchen is fully stocked with delf, cutlery, pots and pans, set of sharp knives, grater, whisk etc etc. There's no microwave, grill or toaster, but everything else you'd need to cook, even grease proof paper. No oil but there is butter in the larder in the basement. You can order fresh bread and pastries from the local bakery and fresh milk daily, there's no rush getting to the local Edeka you wouldn't go hungry anyway. The weather was a bit mixed when we were there and the apartment was a very comfy place to hang out. We could still use the recessed patio area and even though we were on the ground floor we still had a very nice view of the mountains.
