Coming from NZ this is exactly how we imagined a small village guesthouse might be. It was wonderful and we loved the surroundings and the rooms. Very modern bathrooms and spotlessly clean. The attached restaurant was great and we enjoyed sitting outside drinking beer and wine. Perfect!

Newly built in 2018, the Starnbergsee Hideaway is located on the shores of Lake Starnberg in Bavaria. The famous Osterseen nature reserve can easily be reached on foot or by bike from the property. We stayed for our first wedding anniversary and it was amazing! The hotel is beautiful, the staff is great, the food is excellent and the rooms are amazing! We even got a free upgrade for our celebration! We were super welcome and felt like "home away from home" there! Besides, we traveled with our dog and it was super special, they prepared a bed for him, they added bowls for food and water in the room and he got lots of treats and petting from the staff! We would come back and recommend it to anyone!

O elegante Landgasthof Aufkirchen oferece quartos confortáveis, biblioteca e sala com lareira na cidade de Berg. O centro de conferências de Munique está a 45 minutos de carro. You exceeded expectations, the price is amazing for the hotel, the amenities are excellent, the location is amazing the food is great, the town is great, the Bartender was a little gruff, might of just had a bad day but everyone else was great. The room was like a 5-star hotel for a 3-star price. The breakfast was also great although we didn't know about the assigned seating.

The hotel is beautifully located with the view of the lake. Breakfast was excellent and one evening meal too. T The rooms are spacious and well furnished, the beds very comfortable. The park is nice too, and the proximity of the splendid Buchheim Museum is perfect! We will definitely come again.

Situated right on the shore of the Starnberger See lake, this family-run hotel enjoys a peaceful setting away from traffic, while offering quick access to Munich. Normally I do not write reviews but this is a perfect hotel, I highly recommend it.
