Fantastic family friendly hotel with lots of activities for kids. Highly recommended for families. Short walk to the amazing beach.

Really nice and Well equipped hotel. Spacious rooms with a lot of storage space and nice details. Very clean. We stayed for 3 nights with our two teenagers. Great food, nice spa and fitness, and teen-activity lounge. The hotel offers something for all ages.

Very nice hotel. The location is great and it's close to supermarkets. It's very quiet and clean. The apartment we rented was very spacious with a kitchen that contains necessary utensils.

Spotlessly clean attractive and luxurious accommodation close to the beach and promenade, set just out of the commercial area amongst similar apartment buildings, so very quiet overnight. Quality fixtures and fittings, lovely friendly proprietor.

Mimosa Hotel is a 10-minute walk from Westerland train station and even closer to the beach and the bus stop for travel to List and the north of the island. The staff were friendly, room clean and comfortable and breakfast had a few specific vegan items which was good for me. WiFi was strong enough to hold a 2-hour M/S Teams video call without interruption. Excellent hotel and staff and very good value for money, would definitely stay again.

Breakfast – The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering everything one would expect. Any additional requests were promptly fulfilled, and the staff were exceptionally kind and friendly. My children especially enjoyed the warm welcome and the overall atmosphere. Room – We were upgraded to spacious and comfortable rooms. The housekeeping staff were extremely courteous and made every effort to ensure cleanliness and comfort throughout our stay. The rooms were well-maintained and tidy. Location – The property is ideally situated, just a two-minute walk from the beach and in close proximity to numerous restaurants and supermarkets. The central location made it very convenient for us to explore the area. Hospitality – The owner *Lady was outstanding, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring a pleasant stay. She listened carefully to our needs and provided everything necessary. Her welcoming nature and commitment to guests’ comfort are truly commendable.

Our room was in the new building across the street from the reception. It was very comfortable, clean, modern but cozy and very quiet. Bed was super comfortable and bathroom was new, with a nice wall mounted digital radio and heated floor tiles in front of the toilet. Shower is big and temperature and pressure just perfect. Breakfast was very rich and of very good quality. Breakfast room and wellness area are in the same building which makes it very convenient. Personnel was always very friendly and professional. The location is great. In Wenningstedt, out of the main tourist area of Westerland but still only 20 min by bus to the main train station. And few minutes walk from a beach access.

The staff were one of the friendliest people I've ever met on my trips. Also the hotel is on a perfect location, with great sauna with a lookout to the sea. Breakfast was exceptional too.
