It’s very easy to get to from Berlin if you don’t have a car. Once you’re there, it’s a paradise for kids, they have so many activities there including a well heated indoor pool, children’s cinema, both indoor and outdoor playgrounds, and daily activities for kids eg crafting. The lake is also beautiful - it was too cold to swim in it but hope to come again in the summer.

Hotel Uckermark has a shared lounge, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Prenzlau. A hot tub and a car rental service are available for guests.

as my flight to Berlin was delayed I arrived in the hotel around 0115h (early morning) - as the hotel doesn't offer a 24/7 front desk I contacted the hotel upfront and was welcomed by a very friendly and supportive night auditor. He checked me in immediately, explained about the breakfast and I was finally ready to go. This was an excellent service! Service at breakfast was friendly as well. The breakfast is fresh and extensive.

The room was nice and big and the furniture was practical and comfortable. Great location. We could lock up our bikes. The restaurant downstairs served excellent food and beer.

The hotel is situated in very nice location next to beautiful lake. The room was enough big, but bathroom was very small. The reception person was not very polite, but restaurant staff was very service orianted. Restaurant had also tasty big portions for dinner.
