What a beautiful location! I rarely take so many pictures of my hotel but the lush beautiful garden and open courtyard with hammocks and mosaic walkways are truly unforgettable here. The staff were lovely, so accommodating and kind. The location was extremely convenient to everything we wanted to do, and we were thrilled to have iguanas and sea lions nearby all around. The water is literally 20 feet from the building. Such a gorgeous place. I couldn't in good conscious recommend anything else to anyone I know who visits the Galapagos.

- very friendly staff; the owner and her daughter was not only friendly, on top of that she asked us every morning about our plans for the day and gave us a lot of helpful information After seeing my sunburn, she has given me a very useful Aloe-Vera-Gel for free and because of the fact, that we've had to check-out early before breakfast because of our ferry, she has given us a breakfast to go. That's great service! - great room - the WLAN is not perfect, but compared with other hotels at the Galapagos Islands, it is quite good

The hotel is located very close to Santa Cruz pier/ city center. And downstairs they have one coffee shop and one Ecuadorian resto, which of great taste/ quality. The owner Juan Carlos, has been helping me arranging my activities in Galapagos, helping me with laundry as well as allow me to stay until 3pm because I have late afternoon ship. They really make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. From the common room you can also see the turquoise water of Santa Cruz and the pier It is also good value for money.

Excellent Apartment Hotel in Isabela, our host Nancy was attentive and communicated with us during our entire stay, she was willing to help us with anything. The hotel seems brand new! The kitchen, with coffee maker, is a really nice to have, especially if you plan on a more extended stay. Drinking water was provided and much appreciated. The hotel is a 7-10min easy walk from downtown/beach, little "tienda" market next door. Our favorite stay in Galapagos, would not hesitate to stay here again! Thank you!

The common areas are very nice. There are enough hammocks and tables outside for everyone in the small garden. The kitchen had a small room with a locker for each room to keep food. It is in a more local part of town with restaurants, marked and supermarket aimed at locals. But still only a short walk from tour agents, shops etc. The atmosphere is also very nice. It is the kind of place that you can relax and everybody is nice to each other. Overall it was our favorite place in the Galapagos.

This hostel is in a perfect location just off of Av. Charles Darwin where you can find restaurants, shops and an ATM. It was a 5 minute walk from the town centre and 10 mins from the ferry port. We had a spacious apartment with excellent AC and a full kitchen. The staff provided fresh towels daily which was nice also. The breakfast was tasty and overall the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to see the Galapagos.

Torre Mar is located near plenty of shops and restaurants. The apartments were spacious and beds were comfortable. When one of the TV's wasn't working right, it was replaced with a new one the next day. Donna and John, the owners, were very helpful in accommodating us and provided us with helpful information on all things Galapagos, as it was our first time on the island. Both speak English which made communication so much easier. We would definitely stay there again.

Mark ist simply the most amazing guy. I had problems and needed to go to the hospital at night. He called a Taxi for me at 2 a.m. and even offered to stay awake to make sure I got home again. Next day he cooked me food I could hopefully digest (he is a chef!) just because he is so nice. Also let us do our laundry here for free. The room is a 1 room apartment with a kitchen area and its decently spacious. Bathrooms is fine Amazing deal for the price and Galapagos.

By far our favourite hotel of all four that we stayed at on Galapagos! Friendly, helpful, welcoming reception staff that booked our tours of Isabela at a great price and were always there when we needed them. The clean, comfortable, big room with a modern bathroom was a pleasure. The large breakfast offered some variety (unusual for Ecuador). The pool is a cool addition and nice to chill around. Close enough to all the restaurants, the beach and the centre.

My husband and I live an Galapagos and have stayed in many hotels in Puerto Ayora. I particularly like this location a few blocks away from the center; it's so much more peaceful and quiet at night! Rooms are large, a/c works great, good hot water showers. We ate breakfast (not included - we bought supplies at the grocery and stored in the mini-fridge in our room) on the communal 2nd floor balcony. Also appreciate the free drinking water.

Hotel Albemarle is a great hotel and I can't recommend it enough. Tim the owner, a New Zealander, is a cool dude and the hotel staff is great and highly attentive. Juliette in particular helped me with every aspect of my trip, from booking dinners and activities as well as making me feel welcome as a solo traveler. I had a great time, and look forward to returning and exploring more of the Galapagos Islands :)

Its a low key budget option in the Galapagos. Each room comes with a small kitchen and dining table which is nice if you'd like to prepare some light food yourselves. Patty and her husband are incredibly helpful and willing to help you with anything you need. You can also rent wetsuits and snorkel from them. While there are sometimes dogs barking, by most Ecuadorian standards the street is pretty quiet.

The breakfast was very good. It was typical of what we got during our time in Ecuador. Coffee, fresh juice, fresh fruit, scrambled eggs with toast, butter and jam. It's the Galapagos so we read from other travelers that sometimes ants and bugs happen to be in the rooms. We didn't get bit or anything but having that expectation is helpful. Eduardo is a great host and a fascinating person.

Hotel Casa Blanca is conveniently located at the shore of San Cristobal island in Galapagos. Our room was beautifully painted and had a hammock from which I could admire a beautiful ocean!! Our host Jackie was very helpful and patient while sharing with us all the tips and recommendations regarding traveling islands Thank you Jackie for everything you did for us and we wish you Happy New Year!!

it’s a smal nice guesthouse very good located . Yogo the owner with his mom are very friendly . I came with no plans and he helps me organizing my whole trip here in Galapagos and Ecuador. He compared different options is knowledgeable about whole Ecuador and was really interested to find the best solution . So highly recommend his beautiful Guesthouse and his Travel agency, the Darwin path.

This place is great with fast WiFi (galapagos standard). We liked that it was further away from the main street and the food places near the hotel were really good and very cheap! Some as cheap as $4.50! Really friendly, good kitchen with all your needs. We stayed before and after visiting isabela Island. The rooms were also very big and spacious. Love the free Bananas and water too!

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Volcano. The hotel was very cozy, located in the center of Puerto Villamil. We arrived in the morning before the official check in. David welcomed us with a nice fruity drink and our room was ready within 10 minutes. He was very accommodating and helpful. Isabela is a beautiful island, don't miss it on your way to the Galapagos

Location, location, location. We had an ocean view room with a little shared balcony. Fell asleep to the sounds of waves (and sea lions). Doesn't get any better than that! Just a short stroll away from the town. Was able to prepay with a credit card (which was an unexpected nice surprise since not too many businesses take credit cards in the Galapagos).

Very friendly, flexible and helpful stuff! One of the best hotel we had during our holidays, room was clean & earlier check-in hasn't been a problem. It is possible to have breakfast for additional 5$. It was tasty (with fresh juice and season fruits). We also got great info about trips around the Galapagos. Thanks a lot for this beautiful experience!

Very friendly and helpful staff! The owners helped us to plan our entire time on the Galápagos Islands and recommended us tours and sightseeing. They also helped me with my laundry. The rooms were clean and comfortable and big. The kitchen was also very clean and invited to cook. The Hostel is located 5 - 10 mins from the Pier.
