Valencia is a vibrant and super interesting city.
Valencia is a vibrant and super interesting city. Due to flight options we stayed for a week, and at first I thought it would be too much for us (parents with a 4 year old kid). We stayed in a hotel by the beach, and in the end the week was the ideal amount for us there. Malvarrosa beach is calm and clean, perfect to go with kids. The city center is beautiful and historic, the City of Arts and Sciences is amazing and the Turia Gardens is an oasis. I only wish I had more time to rent a bike and to have a nice bike trip there. The Oceanografic is a must for families with kids.Guest review byGiovanni NaufalGermany - 10.0

I had such an amazing time staying here in Spain with my parents! The apartment was perfect—super clean, comfortable, and cozy. The room was spacious, and I loved how everything was so well thought out. The hosts were so kind and welcoming, making us feel like we were part of their family. They even made sure we had everything we needed, from fresh bed sheets to little touches that made the stay even more special. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our time here. I’m so grateful for the hospitality and can’t wait to come back! Thank you to our wonderful hosts for making our stay unforgettable!Guest review byAlexey DanUnited States - 8.0

Cullera was peaceful enough at the end of May during the week but got busy at the weekend. There was a great atmosphere there and the beach was fabulous. Im not a beach person so having an apartment close to the beach was perfect as I could spend as long as I wanted and leave when I wanted, without carrying loads for a day on the beach. There is a lovely bar at the entrance to the apartment and a restaurant. We didnt eat in the restaurant as it was not open until the weekend, but it looked lovely. We ate in Restaurante Turquessa Beach https://g.co/kgs/AEF4K9Z which was lovely. There were lots of great restaurants, some were closed early in the week at the end of May but I suspect they would be open in peak season. Temperatures were in the high 20's which was perfect for us. Lovely walks around Cullera and along the beach. Great walk to the Castle. Everything in the Castle is in Spanish so we were a bit lost on our tour. It was inexpensive 3Euro each approx. The church wasnt open when we went there which was a pity. Tourist Information advised that the castle was open every day but didnt mention the church opening times. It takes about an hour by train to Valencia and a 10 journey SUMA pass was about 12 Euro. Definitely worth getting. A return trip was about 15 Euro so it was better value for money and could be used on busses and trains. Valencia is also worth a visit. It is a beautiful city.Guest review byMaryUnited Kingdom - 6.0
Oliva feels like a typical Spanish beach town.
Oliva feels like a typical Spanish beach town. Not too touristy and without the high-rise tower blocks of other areas. In Feb, the beach is quiet, perfect for peaceful walks. The old town has some picturesque spots, but the modern area of town is unremarkable.Guest review byMickiNew Zealand - 10.0

Good beach, wide range of restaurants, large supermarket and retail park. Nice seaside walk through to Canet and beyond. Much more attractive than its status as an industrial town and port. Frequent bus services from the beach to train station in Sagunto, and to Valencia city.Guest review byPaulC23United Kingdom - 10.0

The hotel itself is very good and comfortable but, from our experience as first time visitors in Valencia, it may not be the ideal place to stay due to its location. Taxi fare to/from the city center can be expensive. There aren't too many restaurants close by as most of them are at the city center.Guest review byJacintoCanada - 10.0
I wished I had stayed longer. It was a lovely location.
I wished I had stayed longer. It was a lovely location. Could do with more restaurant choices. Needed more time to explore. The weather was a bit too hot for me and one day was 38 degree's. The rest were about 35 degree's, but it was July, so expected.Guest review byMiss - 8.0
There isn't much to do in El Puig, to be honest.
There isn't much to do in El Puig, to be honest. We stayed there because were invited to a wedding at La Cartuja, which is a very nice place. We took advantage to visit the Monasterio de Santa María del Puig (guided tours during the morning) in the center of town and the Printing Museum, in the same Monastery building. Both were nice. About 25 minutes heading North we visited the Coves de St. Josep, in which you take a boat ride on the longest underground waterway in Europe! And further 60 minutes North, on the coast, the beautiful town of Peñíscola.Guest review byRamonSpain - 10.0

Lovely beaches, we found one that was free from tourists and only a few locals with sandy shores and sandy sea floors, absolutely lovely. Highly recommend the L'oceanographic, so much to see and there is a tunnel with sharks and other fish that is amazing. There is also a dolphin show and some beluga whales that are gorgeous. The food is a reasonable price and very yummy.Guest review byPhoebeUnited Kingdom - 10.0
