staff was very kind and friendly, they spoke enough languages! ( most of the visitors were French, and animation crew spoke French fluently, so a place for French people) but not only them, food was delicious, cleanliness and safety was at highest! I totally recommend it!

The staff, the food, the atmosphere, everything was marvelous. Probably the best accommodation on the island. We were there in January so totally off season, but it wasn't empty at all. The programs were also great, the kids club, the parties, the live music.. exceptional.

I had a great experience during my stay. Although the room that was initially assigned did not have the full ocean view I was expecting when I booked, the reception staff were very understanding of my need for quiet and tranquility during my stay and were flexible in allocating another room as it became available the following day. Rooms are large and clean, great variety of food to choose from, and the elevated view over the beach and the ocean from the pool is absolutely breathtaking. The hotel is built on a coast so be ready to walk on a lot of stairs (beside taking the elevator) and burn those calories after enjoying the restaurant meals if you don’t want to use the gym which is small but decent enough and was almost always empty during my stay. You might get lost a bit as the lower layout of the hotel is like a maze (the signaling in the lower elevator and around the pathways can definitely be improved). It is a really large hotel so quite easy to be “just another guest in the crowd” but the people working there make you feel really welcomed and that you are important. You can see they are hard working people always running around and actually getting things done but always smiling at you and greeting you with a lot of warmth from housekeeping to gardening, restaurant teams, handlers, reception, all of them.

It was very near a nice beach to walk to. The room is big and clean and has a big balcony. Their staff are super friendly and helpful. We availed of the breakfast and dinner buffet and it was worth it. They have a nice variety of food as well.

Our recent holiday in Fuerteventura was an absolute delight, thanks to our wonderful stay at a fantastic hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and hospitality. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food at the hotel was a culinary delight. With a wide variety of delicious options, we couldn't get enough of the flavorsome meals. The fact that drinks were part of the all-inclusive package was a fantastic bonus. The hotel's location was a dream. Just an hour and fifteen minutes from the airport, we were able to start enjoying our holiday almost immediately after landing. The proximity to shops and a supermarket was incredibly convenient, making it easy to stock up on essentials and souvenirs. One of the standout features was the low number of guests both at the hotel and on the beach. It seemed to attract mostly older couples without children, which created a serene atmosphere. This tranquil setting allowed us to fully unwind and enjoy a peaceful vacation without any disturbances. Throughout our stay, the staff was attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request. Their dedication to ensuring our comfort and satisfaction truly enhanced our overall experience.

I liked everything, the staff were all warm, friendly and so helpful. The room was big, newly renovated, lovely balcony, fabulous shower and had great sleeps in the beds. The breakfasts and dinners had lots of different choices of food so something for everyone. The rooftop terrace and bar up there are really lovely with spectacular views. The barman at night makes amazing mojitos and is so nice. We tried the aqua aerobics in the pool and rooftop yoga and had such fun at both. The hotel has a superb location too, a hop and a skip from the beach and a gorgeous 20 minute walk to Moro Jable. I would go back in a heartbeat and we had a lovely relaxing holiday.

The complex was huge and well organized, with three distinct pool areas, three restaurants and three lounge / bars. The beachside is just attached to the facilities and can be easily accessed from the resort. Staff was extremely friendly and nice, always dropping a smile or a nice word to my little daughter. Kid's beds are available in the room upon request. Convenient free parking area in the surroundings, the facility is easily reachable by car.

Not too busy. Lovely weather. Stroll at your leisure along the front all on the flat. Quite a chill out place. Transfer prices a bit expensive from the airport to the resort which is about an hour and ten minutes.

In my opinion it is a 'hotel based 'resort. Some very good quality hotels, many with direct beach access but self catering is a different matter. Not a good selection of restaurants (and quite expensive in comparison to Corralejo and Caleta de Fuste). The bars are in the 2 shopping complexes meaning that you are sitting having a drink upstairs whilst people are wandering around doing their shopping in Spar... Quite bizarre was the fact that in these bars you have to ask for a key for the toilet which is situated downstairs in the shopping precinct!! Beach bars are expensive at 5 euros 50 cents for a beer. Sunbeds 15 euros and set in regimented rows with 'netting' round them to reduce the wind. Good resort if you want to go wind surfing or spend the bulk of your day in the hotel complex but the resort to me seemed characterless.

Beautiful broad white sandy beach with great visibility. There were fish everywhere so make sure to take snorkeling equipment! Great for building sand castles. There were some great places to eat at Morro Jable, eg. La Laja and Leo’s (excellent fish of the day like bocinegro and fula).

This is an amazing place, but unfortunately, every year there are more and more tourists and more and more hotels here. The beaches are endless, the ocean is crystal clear. But there's almost always a wind and the temperature fluctuates. A large promenade with shops, good shopping at reasonable prices.

This location of so far away from anywhere. It attracted us for some peace and quiet time but the hotels there compensate by making continuous noise and activities and entertainment that it bocomes the worst for both situations. Nowhere to walk along a long stretch of beach, or stroll, or visit local shops or restaurants or go to a church on Sundays.

This beach is absolutely stunning—wide, long, and covered in soft, golden sand. It’s ideal for long walks, jogging, or even a refreshing run along the shore. The sand is firm enough in some areas to make running comfortable, while the open space allows for uninterrupted movement. The crystal-clear water and the clean, well-maintained environment make it a pleasure to spend time here. It’s never overcrowded, so you can fully enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. The fact that it has been awarded the Blue Flag for 2024/25 speaks to its quality and cleanliness. Whether you want to relax, take in the views, or stay active, this beach offers the perfect setting. Highly recommended!

Morro Jable is the old/quieter part of Jandia with lovely...

Morro Jable is the old/quieter part of Jandia with lovely little streets and authentic restaurants. Very little shopping or bars so not best if that's what you're looking for. Jandia, just up the road may be better for you. And if you're looking for English breakfast, steaks and roast dinners I'd say you're at the wrong end of the island. If you want authentic food and culture this is for you.

Great place Great view like it a lot ,will be back . The swimming pool was out of use all the 3 weeks I was there it would be better just to have put up a notice in ENGLISH to say why it was out of use rather than just rapping tape around the gates. Hope it is open next time I go.
