The location is amazing, and the views from the rooms are stunning. The whole building is also impressive to see from the outside and inside. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The morning breakfast is delicious and abundant. The pool area with jacuzzi is also very nice.

The hotel is modern, clean and has large communal areas for relaxing and preparing your own meals. The room was great with air con and en suite. The view from the balcony was fantastic. The modest swimming pool was just right for a dip to cool off in the hot afternoons. They also have a games room that although I didn't use, look to be well equipped. Staff were attentive and friendly, it's a self-check-in service which I was dubious about but they answered all questions via WhatsApp very quickly and there were staff around on occasion to help directly (I locked myself out of my room and they sent someone within a couple of minutes to help me out). The area is great for hiking with a natural pond and waterfalls just 2 or 3km away,

We were extremely impressed. The hotel has just been refurbished so everything was spotless and "shiny" new. It's located in a breathtaking ancient building full of homey corridors, doors, and rooms. The mix of modern aesthetics of the decoration and the classic-romantic background setting creates a very special atmosphere. The romantic-style courtyard with its garden was out-of-this-world charming. Our room was spotless clean, big, well-lit and well-heated. Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was better, tastier and more plentiful, than at every single major hotel franchise we've stayed at for the last two or three years. We had a really unforgettable experience., Vic was astonishingly beautiful this time of year (autumn) and the hotel felt like home away from home.

Perfect location right in the train station with parking across the street. The room was very clean and comfortable with a nice bathroom. All staff very helpful and friendly. Especially Jordi! Always available by phone if not at front desk.
