FinlandWe stayed at the apartment hotel for few nights and had a very pleasant experience. The location was excellent, within easy walking distance of the ski lifts, which made getting on the slopes quick and convenient.
The apartment was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and allowed us to prepare our own meals, which was a big plus and added flexibility to our stay.
Overall, the apartment met our expectations and was a great choice for a ski trip. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful cottage by a lake with own beach & deck area. The location is great near Ruka services, a little over half an hour drive from Riisitunturi and Oulanka National Park (Pieni Karhunkierros).
The kitchen is fully equipped, the beds super comfortable, bathroom and sauna great and there were no mosquitos inside :) the view from the big windows was great -but maybe blinds / light curtains would be good for total privacy?

Nice and comfortable cabin with space enough just for 2 persons.
Beautiful holiday village in the middle of the forest with access to the lake.
We were worried about the sleeping arrangement as the cabin does not have a separate bedroom but the couch can be extended into large bed (and it seems to be a new one).
Everything you need is there, all the essentials.

Amazing hotel!
The staff is very kind. I loved I could start my skiing day right next to the hotel 😍. The restaurant has good variety and a cozy fireplace that I loved. They have access to the frozen lake where I could dip between sauna sessions, they provided a bathrobe and slippers.
My stay was wonderful ❤️✨ looking forward to coming back soon ✨❤️

Right close to the lifts, the rooms were really comfortable and well equipped. There is a paid parking right below the resort, so you can drop the car and take the lift to your room, very handy with the cold temperatures.

The hotel was wonderful and the staff was extremely kind. Our flight got delayed and we were allowed to use the hotel’s sauna and other facilities and it made our traveling day way more enjoyable.

The cabin was very tidy, beds and sheets were clean and comfortable, the ski lifts were easily accesible by car. We truly enjoyed our stay and it was perfect size for 3 people!

A great place for skiers of all levels.
A great place for skiers of all levels. Ski hire and ski school were easy to book - Ruka Valley side is more convenient for this. Ruka Village side has more shops and restaurants. For those that don’t want to ski there’s also plenty of other activities in the surrounding areas including an afternoon visit to see Father Christmas.

The city is nestled amidst stunning natural beauty, with forests and lakes. It's perfectly organized for skiers, with bus stops, parking lots, hotels, and restaurants located very close to the ski lifts. Public transportation is excellent, with ski buses running hourly and always on time.

Ruka it's a small ski village where you have all you need...
Ruka it's a small ski village where you have all you need for your winter holidays. Plenty of ski resort with efficient lifts. gondolas and other facilities. The center has all you need for a nice stay: shops, cafes, restaurant, ski schools, ski rentals and all the rest you need. With a short trip by car you can reach other ski areas and as well other winter activities such as ice-karting, snowmobile tours, reindeer feeding, reindeer sleigh tours, husky sleigh tours. Great for the pro and the novice skiers. Prices are on the high side (but's high season, you should expect that, isn't it?).
