Convenient location, simple but good facilities and very friendly and helpful staff

Stayed many times, great location for onward travel. Dogs allowed. Nice breakfast and staff lovely. Free parking and quiet location.

We had 3 rooms for this stay and they were clean and comfortable. The rooms were extremely good value for money and plenty of space to move around the beds. The rooms were pirate themed as in the design of the beds, and the hotel itself has some pirate decor. A few in our group were a little sad about this as they thought it would be very 'pirate' based. HOWEVER, the restaurant took all these expectations and blew them out of the water! It is amazing! Not only is it themed as a ship and island (amazing), but the food choice is large, the food is tasty, and the atmosphere was brilliant. The expectation of pirates was fully met here. We had dinner and breakfast, and there was nothing that I would say needed changing in the restaurant. It was a 15 min walk to the park for us (as we have mobility needs in the group), but it was straightforward and well signed, so it was easy to follow instructions. There is also a bus available.

Location to futurescope. Staff are great. Very comfortable beds and the room was very clean.

The rooms were large and bright. The bed was comfy . The pool was lovely. One thing I would have liked was another couple of pillows. One was not enough, and there was no spare in the room.

Good bed, spacious desk with good WIFI.

We had a great experience staying at Kyriad in Chasseneuil. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, the hotel room was clean. Walking distance is less than 15 min from the Futuroscope. It was quiet despite that it was not far from the main road. And a special thank you for the effort they made in decorating the room while we were out for my mum's birthday.

The staff was very very nice. They left us use the microwave oven to heat our dinner and use the tables and spaces of the lobby and bar to comfortably eat it.

Easy to find, excellent staff, generous breakfast.

The staff was super friendly with my whole family. We could check-in early, they are pet friendly (no extra charges). The room was pretty nice and the breakfast is worth to pay.

Right beside train station. My first stay in an ibis budget, and they have done a great job of giving you all you need at a great price. Breakfast was great value, too :)

Stayed for just 1 night and really enjoyed it. The rooms are great and the breakfast aswell, but what really stood out was the kindness of the staff, specially the gentleman at the reception that's from Australia. Really professional! Small things that make the stay worth it. Example: remembered my name and used it in every interaction.

The best asset to this property is its staff, particularly Favien (Fabien?) in the restaurant. He is the quintessential hospitality professional. His warmth is genuine and his efficiency ensures the best experience. Overall the location was perfect for us; beside the motorway and also a wooded area for beauty. The hotel is very reasonably priced. The basic room is simple and clean, meeting needs for a night or two. The restaurant has a beautiful outlook beside the pool and a park. The food was excellent. The mattress was comfortable, the linens and pillow of decent quality. Very importantly for us as digital nomads, the Wifi was fast.
