The location, the lovely staff (especially the blonde lady on Reception). The plentiful breakfast.

Easy to find, clean and comfortable beds, lots of storage and even a small fan

The staff were so welcoming and friendly, nothing was too much trouble, thank you

Location to futurescope. Staff are great. Very comfortable beds and the room was very clean.

The rooms were large and bright. The bed was comfy . The pool was lovely. One thing I would have liked was another couple of pillows. One was not enough, and there was no spare in the room.

The bed (the pillows, the matress) was very comfortable, my son liked the bank bed and it was not too small for three of us. Breakfast was simple but good enough.

Clean comfortable hotel close to transport links with a great restaurant selling very good food ( evening meal), with fabulous staff to boot. One of the best hotels I have stayed in for business for a long time in France

Location, was just of the road but very pleasant and safe looking.

The service was great and staff was verry pleasant

Very convenient location for station. Good to have a lift, not stairs with cases. Early breakfast good for early start. Lovely big room. Staff very helpful.

I liked the cheerful atmosphere. It was a clean and well presented place to stay after a long journey. The hotelier in charge when we arrived, was helpful and made sure we were OK with codes etc, even though we were late. Breakfast was lovely too, with a wide selection of foods replenished through the service.
