Great hotel and so convenient for the airport.

Efficient, clean, friendly helpful staff.

Lovely overnight stay, its just two stops on the tram from the airport. The breakfast was exceptional and wull keep you full until dinner. Very clean and quiet area. Its sister hotel the Premier, is located next door to it. We stayed in both, the Campanile.is nicer and more comfortable Highly reccommend.

Staff were very friendly and when we had a small issue the customer service was excellent. Great room with extra pillows. Very comfortable bed and quiet. Nice strong shower with plenty of hot water. Great location just off motorway for our drive back to UK. Small restaurant on site with decent wine and typical French dishes. Tea and coffee in room.

The staff were brilliant. The lady at reception who checked us in was amazing, so friendly, helpful and professional. Comfortable bed, nice shower, good breakfast.

We got there from a 5-star hotel in town to catch our flight early in the morning. The his hotel had a coffee machin3 with capsules, which I appreciated, it had slippers ( Marriot for bath robe and slippers wanted +€5/person, I got slippers free 😂 after some negotiations). Staff was nice, room was quiet and clean. Just across the tram stop.

We are a bit snobby when it comes to hotels but on this occasion we were on a late flight in to Bordeaux and an Early start the next day so we just wanted a clean bed with shower facility so opted for the cheaper end of the market, or so we thought. To be perfectly honest although basic, this was a fantastic experience, the minute we arrived we were greeted with a smile and professional check in, we went straight to our very clean and comfy room and then we returned to the reception area to see if we could order a pizza or something, so we were really surprised when the receptionist took our order and cooked us a really lovely pizza and we had drinks too. We didn't stay for breakfast because we needed to be up and out but honestly we were so impressed, we will be staying here again, perfect, a quick taxi ride from the terminal and right opposite the Mercure hotel. Definitely will return.

The room and beds very clean with a very good bar. Also a good private car park.

Check in at 23.30 was easy. Vending machine for hot drinks excellent value and quality.

Well priced family room for our journey towards Spain. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. The breakfast was very good.

I was surprised to see it was a student residence, because it was more like a hotel, or a small apartment. I was pleasantly surprised. Staff was nice. Security was good as well.

I stayed at the hotel while on my way home. It's clean and quiet, plenty of parking spaces. Food and drink in vending machines. Check-in with code sent by email.

All went very well, evening meal/room and breakfast, all very good.

The location of the property was perfect for trips into the city while still providing convenience to the airport. Free parking was a bonus as we had a rental car for a couple days during our stay. The staff were very friendly and always helpful!
