Staff were brilliant, the location is excellent if you plan to travel to different resorts and also very convenient for facilities in Bourg, restaurants and shops. Two large supermarkets just across the road.
Love being able to swim and sauna after skiing too.
Also the staff were very helpful when I had to contact them about running late and it was easy to find the key and access the property after reception was closed.
We also left a jacket in the apartment and by the time we spoke to the team, they had already posted it back!

A beautiful, unusual, oasis of calm and tranquillity. Everything has been put together with attention to detail and quality. I am very fussy and I cannot praise this place highly enough. The bed was really comfortable, there was tons of hot water, the accommodation gives privacy to all guests, the Japanese swimming pool was a perfect temperature, Genevieve was a delight to talk to. We will definitely return.

Perfectly located in Arc 1800, within close proximity to all major ski lifts, including the Transarc. The hotel’s architecture is truly impressive, featuring a stepped design seamlessly integrated into the mountain slope. Breakfast and dinner were good. We didn’t get a chance to try lunch as we were always out on the slopes, but I expect it would be just as good.

We really enjoyed this residence. Our room was lovely, the residence is perfectly located on the slopes, with easy ski in ski out, convenient access to the car park, and a swimming pool. Unfortunately we couldn't access our balcony, but otherwise it was great.

Bourg is a great location, cheaper than up in the resorts...
Bourg is a great location, cheaper than up in the resorts with a good selection of shops and bars. The funicular runs very regularly to get you up to Arc 1600, and if you don't want to walk to the funicular from the town in boots with gear, you can rent a locker next to the lifts in 1600.
Ski-roc does great food, always have the carbonara a couple times a visit but the pizzas are great as well. Esmi had great food also, tried the chicken, sesame salad which was very tasty, loads of veg with a rice base.
The new bar in town Iseran Kfe (previously the Stella bar) was very friendly and our goto for a beer.

Great place for families for skiing/boarding, great for confidence building. The town is tired with not many restaurants. We had an apartment hotel so only ate out once near Odlays hotel which was ok. We have booked again for next season as there is so much terrain.

Good base for Les Arcs ski area, particularly if coming by train, funicular links direct to Bourg Saint Maurice station, though allow for long walk between railway station and funicular. If apres ski is your thing then from what we saw 1600 isn't the place to be.

There's a huge subterranean car park, with lifts into the accommodation above, but the town is car-free. You have a good choice of bars and restaurants, from cheap pizzas to high-end steak, a Carrefour supermarket, and everywhere is literally ski in, ski out. Plus it's in an absolutely vast ski system, at altitude, so you get reliably good snow even late season. You don't get better than this.

Transport to the lower areas was helpful
A particular shout out to The Bowling Alley, which was great for children and adults alike. Staff were always friendly and the pizzas (always a good standby for hungry kids ) were lovely

The apartment is very accommodating. We spent a lot of time there as there was a heat wave and with four people it was just right. It has a good kitchen and two bathrooms so nobody got in each others way. Very close to the centre of Bourg and close to restaurants in the area. We will have no trouble booking again if we are in that area. As there was only four people in our group it was great but it says it is for eight people and that would be a squeeze as there are bunk beds in some rooms. Otherwise thank you for making it a nice place to stay and my transporter fitted in the underground car park with no trouble. definitely recommend as all the people in my group would.

Nice town for skiing! I always love coming back to Les Arc.
Nice town for skiing! I always love coming back to Les Arc. Arc 1800 is centrally located in the ski area of Les Arcs, which makes that you can reach all parts of the ski area easily. There is an amazing apres ski bar La Folie Douce which is open until late, serviced by a gondola and lit piste until closing time.

Quick access to some of the harder runs eg.
Quick access to some of the harder runs eg. Comborciere, Malgovert and Bois d'Ours without going up the Aiguille Rouge, but a bit tough to get home for less confident skiers down a fairly steep red run. Be careful of the new Secret red run parallel to the Comborciere if you're not keen on ice too! Much more of a village than Arc 1800 but restricted restaurant choice of 5 or 6 and very little nightlife. Most restaurants are OK but no standouts.

Les Arcs 1950 is an awesome resort.
Les Arcs 1950 is an awesome resort. Plenty of skiing in a beautiful sunny bowl with access to a huge range of slopes. The village is small and has no cars which is so good for families / kids. And yet it has everything you need - lots of lovely restaurants, an amazing bakery and a supermarket. This is out 2nd year in a row at the resort and we will return!
