Location was amazing looking out onto the ski lift.

Fully renovated. In-room facilities like TV, heating, complimentary tea-coffee, shower were good. Quality of food & its menu variety are good; same goes for the car park area.

Friendly helpful Patron - Celine. Very accommodating and helpful. The hotel, although small, was clean, warm and welcoming.

Great Location, Ski in and Out with huge ski room, the Staff went above and beyond to help us even before our stay. The rooms are great.

Perfectly located in Arc 1800, within close proximity to all major ski lifts, including the Transarc. The hotel’s architecture is truly impressive, featuring a stepped design seamlessly integrated into the mountain slope. Breakfast and dinner were good. We didn’t get a chance to try lunch as we were always out on the slopes, but I expect it would be just as good.

The staff were really accommodating of our last minute booking and arrival and my dodgy French. The room was compact but clean and tidy. The staff were keen to help us out and explain how everything worked. The food in the restaurant was excellent - huge variety and good quality. Previous review was negative but over 3 days we had different dishes every day and plenty of it. We were very impressed and the restaurant was kept clean, clear and well stocked and they were there for long hours too. I didn’t use the pool but that was clean and the kids were clearly enjoying it.

The location is perfect at the ski piste with separate ski lockers in the ski room. Delicious breakfast and dinner. Very helpful staff! Clean and spacious rooms. Everything was perfect.

Third visit in the last 10 years. This is a budget hotel in a fantastic location. It's ski in-out in Les Arc 2000. The accommodation is very basic, the food is perfectly fine and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast and dinner is served buffet style with plenty of options. Wine included in the price. Our "package" was half-board with a ski pass included. The ski pass included the entire Paradis Ski area. I was very positively surprised. The ski pass does not include insurance so I strongly recommend to top the ski pass up for an additional €18.00

Comfortable, good breakfast, well located, close to the village, the lifts and restaurants.

As a Coeliac, there were limited gluten-free main dishes, & simple salad -but no attempt was made to provide a Gluten free dessert. I would say it's not somewhere for people with allergies. The cross contamination during self-service was very bad. The sauna/hammam, were nice but you have to book a slot at reception - only one hour a day allowed. The room was comfortable & roomy. Only half the rooms have a balcony. There were many activities available.
