An amazing place with their own restaurant right in front of it! The staff people were incredibly kind to us and the food from their restaurant was just great! They prepared a lovely starter pack with beverages and snacks in our room to make our stay just perfect! Fully recommended place!

Property sits on a lovely estate, the room was a good size and had everything. Attention to detail was great, breakfast could not have been better, plenty of parking. Staff asking if we are ok with everything and was able to get whatever we needed.

Breakfast and dinner were both very fine. We had room 7, which was extremely spacious. It had views over the bay. Real windows that opened. Room to dance! Colin made us feel very welcome. Incredibly handy location for the bay and shops.

Nice quiet room, well equipped in a lodge separate to the Marston's Inn. Plenty of parking and easy access to through route. The food and choice of drinks were excellent and the staff were all welcoming and accomodating.

Good for a few days to relax.

Good for a few days to relax. May not be enough activities for families, or longer stays. Would recommend Baravin for evening, although a small menu, very tasty. Beware seagulls on the pier, not a good idea to eat there. Little Devils cafè serves a good breakfast.

Car parking is extortionate, ended up in the free car park at Home Bargains. If the parking wasn't such a rip off then we probably would have stayed longer in town and looked around the castle etc.

Lovely seaside town, Original Georgian town houses add so much character . Easy access to the All Wales coastal path, walk to New Quay and catch the bus back. New Quay is wonderful, you can see the Dolphins from the harbour wall.

very busy in height of summer period, quiet out of season and a lot of things closed including ship shops, Great beaches and coastal walking. good pubs and generally Ceredigion has a lot to offer and quite quiet out of season. Parking can be an issue near to beaches in High Season.

Lampeter is a really lovely Welsh market town, we try to visit every summer to go to the Welsh Quilt Centre as they have a new exhibition every year. There are lots of lovely independent shops and places to eat and the locals are very welcoming.

Aberporth is a beautiful area, with two beaches which one is dog friendly. The eating area is mostly dog friendly. There are quite a few hills etc, so I needed to use the car to get near the beach 🏖️ etc Lovely beach for families who enjoy water sports which you could hire kayak and bodyboards

Unfortunately we found Borth very tired, rundown and unloved. The beach at Ynyslas is lovely but There aren’t many facilities in Borth and the shops look like they’ve seen better days. We did enjoy our trip though as we travelled to Aberdyfi, New Quay, and Barmouth.

The hotel & staff were lovely.

The hotel & staff were lovely. Lovely place to stay, rooms, beds etc so comfortable & clean. Were high up in hotel with beautiful views of the scenery. Unfortunately no Internet connection this high up so tv would not work or Internet for our phones unless went downstairs. Overall a nice place to stay, fantastic walks, Devils bridge, waterfall walk, Hafod estate walks. Aberystwyth cliff railway.
