Super friendly stuff. Lovely cosy atmosphere in the bar and lounge. Great location, easy walk to the beach, Dymchurch town and country footpaths. We were upgraded to the Royal Room, which has a fun decor (an enormous throne in the corner). The breakfast was exceptional. We very much enjoyed our stay and will be returning. Thank you.

Property is newly renovated to a high standard. I travel alot and the beds are something i never look forward to but they were so comfortable! Will definitely be rebooking!

Very comfortable, had everything you could possibly need. We only stayed for one night but we were very comfortable and warm (a must in Dec!), nice bed and two bathrooms which is ideal when there are more of you. Great location for the beach. 5 min drive into Rye which is lovely with great cafes & restaurants. Very good communication with the owner.
