We were staying in the Alpine bunkhouse, and it was one of our best stays of the trip! The communal area is cozy and welcoming and the kitchen has everything you need. The room and beds were very comfy as well. Every part of the building was spotless. Wifi worked like a charm. The walk to the hostel from the nearest bus stop takes about 30 minutes, but is quite pleasant because of the cute village of Glencoe and the beautiful scenery on the way. The location is also ideal for hiking, with many beautiful trails nearby.

I wanted somewhere to stay near to the mountains in Glencoe, and the location was perfect. I also wanted somewhere quiet: too often hotels are noisy with banging doors at all hours. With just a few rooms, this was much more peaceful, and I slept very well. The host, Johnny, was friendly, welcoming and good to chat to. If you've spent a long day in the hills, the fact that this place is just a couple of minutes walk from a good chippy is the icing on the cake. I expect to be back.

Location was ideal as a base to explore Glencoe and Fort Williams. The apartment has a superb view and has all the facilities if you wish to cook a simple meal. The place was clean and bed was comfortable. The host added little touches to the house and it transformed to a home away from home. It has private parking beside the apartment. Hosts were easy to communicate with and accommodating to our needs. A great stay and would highly recommend.

Nice hotel with a great restaurant and pretty views of the lochs surrounding it. The rooms was clean and spacious and was on par with the quality you’d expect for the price. We would definitely come stay again if we find ourselves in the Glencoe area. The location was easy to find and had ample parking as well. Being based near Glencoe also offered all the access to walks that Fort William does, but does so in a quieter, more tranquil setting.

Great Location on the shore of the Loch, away from the touristy bustle of Glencoe itself. Hotel built as extension of an Old Railway Station with interesting historical information on the walls. Fabulous food in the restuarant both for dinner and breakfast. Bonus of jacuzzi and heated swimming pool which was a great alternative to a stroll in the chilly drizzly gloaming after dinner.

We really enjoyed our short stay at Skyfall, the apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Mairi and Tony were attentive hosts and always there for any questions. The location is ideal for exploring Fort William and Glencoe. All in all we had a very relaxing stay, and we really look forward to returning to Skyfall again!

Very comfortable and clean apartment with beautiful views over the Loch. It had everything we needed. Great location for touring around Glencoe. The owners Mo and Brygida were very welcoming. Gave us lots of advice on walks near by, and gave us some delicious chocolate muffins 🙂. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Very special place to come to. Gorgeous views, the hot tub is a real treat. Love how the property is near the hotel and facilities. Centrally located to see around Glencoe by car. The location of this hotel was good, close enough (by car) to where we were going (Glencoe). The room itself was pleasant enough for our 1 night stay. We arrived late in the evening, and the receptionist was the barman, who was busy, but also accommodating and friendly.

This hotel is gorgeous! Perfect location near Glencoe and as a gateway to Skye. The hotel is historic and spacious and we enjoyed using the lounge area. The room was clean, great wifi, and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast.

The apartment was so comfortable and just big enough for the two of us. it was also located very well for easy access to to hiking and Glencoe. Our host was able to help us immediately with the tv and the oven.

A lovely hotel in the heart of Glencoe. We were stopping on our way up to Skye and couldn't have asked for a better place. The food, hotel and staff were all great. Highly recommended.

Charming small youth hostel, big kitchen, all you need, supplies in town. Quiet location only 2,5 km from bus stop. Great basecamp to explore Glencoe and further afield.

Bed was clean and comfortable. Shower was hot and powerful. Staff were helpful and friendly. View of the Loch and Pap of Glencoe from the bar is spectacular.

Great location, excellent hosts, short drive from Glencoe , lovely meal at Loch Leven Hotel about 2 miles down the road . Definitely stay again.

Location was good, Glencoe is a very scenic place in the highlands. Ample parking available on site.

Probably the best place I have ever stayed! This was a solo trip for me and my dog and we were so comfortable here. The hot tub was amazing, super easy to use, and was really relaxing with the sound of creek and the birds all around. The bed was dreamy, so comfy. Everything was perfect. The delivered breakfast basket was awesome and such a beautiful touch to the already great stay. The whole property was clean and quiet, cool little spots to explore around the area. Can't wait to go back.
