Everything was lovely! Would absolutely return here again! Total of 8 nights here during 2 months Scotland tour
views are incredible lovely team and dogs allowed after a day of hiking a bubblebath is just the thing close to lovely restaurants yet in nature and the breakfast option is wonderful and filling with warm pastries changes slightly everytime you can also request things (i asked for boiled eggs for example)

We can't fault this property. Fabulous location in lush woodland, close to stunning countryside and challenging hikes. Spotlessly clean, uncluttered yet it had absolutely everything we needed, as well as being a warm haven to return to after hiking in cold wet weather.

Very spacious room with a breathtaking view. Extra large double bed. Nice big bathroom. Breakfast was excellent, cosy dining room. Dinner was delicious and very nicely presented.

Glencoe is lovely for walks and views.
Glencoe is lovely for walks and views. Glencoe village was lacking eating places on an evening. One very small restaurant and a hotel that only served guests staying at the hotel itself. Pizza available at the adjoining bar (nothing gluten free available). Nearest eateries about a mile away.
2 cafes available in the village during the day.
Nearby Tourist Information at Ballachulish very helpful and gluten free options available.
No view from Signal Rock. Grey Mare's Tail Waterfall at Kinlochleven was amazing.

Great wee walk to Kinlochleven and all facilities nice and easy to get to.
Maybe pack a couple of citronella candles and close the windows before the midges get in, nothing different from the rest of Scotland, it's the price we pay for having a beautiful country. :-)

Nice town, couple nice walks.
Nice town, couple nice walks. Thank goodness for the co-op or you would struggle for food like us with a little dog with us. She's a bit temperamental and can't sit still for long so restaurants weren't really an option. Could do with a couple takeaways (even a cafe, fish and chip shop etc.)

I have visited Glencoe and the surrounding area on numerous occasions. The views are breath taking and there are so many activities to indulge in. We did not have the best of weather but it didn't spoil the holiday. The lodge certainly added to the enjoyment. Easy to find and great location. We did not eat anywhere as I love home cooking but there is a restaurant onsite that looked cozy and welcoming. There is also a nice hotel a few hundred yards along from the resort that is nice.

A beautifully situated village with a nice pub—the Highland Getaway Inn—offering good food and, of course, delicious Guinness! For those hiking the WHW, I highly recommend spending the night here; it’s a great spot.

I had a wonderful stay at Aos Lodges, Ballachulish, Glencoe.
I had a wonderful stay at Aos Lodges, Ballachulish, Glencoe. The place was absolutely beautiful, and the stay was incredible. Even though I was there for just one night, I honestly didn’t feel like leaving.
The staff were very nice, kind, and extremely helpful, which made the experience even better. Everything felt calm, welcoming, and well looked after.
I was a bit worried about network issues because of how remote the location is, but there was absolutely no problem at all. I’m on EE, and the network worked perfectly, just like anywhere else. I had even downloaded movies in advance thinking there wouldn’t be any signal, but that wasn’t necessary at all.
Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again and again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful getaway.

Drove past Loch Tulla, across Rannoch Moor, along the...
Drove past Loch Tulla, across Rannoch Moor, along the atmospheric Glen Etive - the single track road where a scene from James Bond Skyfall was filmed - and along Glencoe pausing at Three Sisters. Mostly barren, dramatic and with impressive views. Its an easy drive, with very little traffic, and highly atmospheric.

Superb.
Superb. Couldn't have asked for a lovelier accommodation-the view was spectacular, the facilities were amazing, place was cosy, comfortable with all creature comforts & carpark-just a few minutes walk away from waterfall, supermarket, river, etc. Wished we could have stayed longer. Fully recommend it!

We had a fantastic stay at Ballachulish House! The property is absolutely beautiful, and our rooms were charming and well-maintained. The location was perfect, offering stunning views of the lake, ample privacy, and the convenience of parking and the well maintained kitchen. We especially loved the thoughtful and cute décor, which added to the warm and cozy atmosphere.
The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming, making our stay even more special. As a family, we want to express our immense gratitude for their hospitality and for making our holiday so memorable. We would love to return in the future and highly recommend the property to anyone looking for a relaxing and picturesque getaway!
