This is the perfect location for a romantic weekend getaway! Location is beautiful, the lodges are so cute and right on the water, each with private hot tubs! We walked around the premises, rented electric bikes and did a 30km route that starts right on the property, so convenient. They bring you breakfast to your door every morning in this little basket.

Very spacious room with a breathtaking view. Extra large double bed. Nice big bathroom. Breakfast was excellent, cosy dining room. Dinner was delicious and very nicely presented.
Help yourself to extra toiletries, teabags, toilet roll etc.

Lovely cosy cabins with full size single mattresses. The rooms come with a TV, kettle, bug zapper and a radiator. The kitchen area was basic although we did not use it during our visit.

Glencoe is beautiful from the scenery to the people...
Glencoe is beautiful from the scenery to the people everywhere we went was amazing! Only thing we would’ve done differently is spend more time in Glencoe. We were there only one night which definitely was not enough time to explore and really see what Glencoe has to offer!

Nice town, couple nice walks.
Nice town, couple nice walks. Thank goodness for the co-op or you would struggle for food like us with a little dog with us. She's a bit temperamental and can't sit still for long so restaurants weren't really an option. Could do with a couple takeaways (even a cafe, fish and chip shop etc.)

Superb.
Superb. Couldn't have asked for a lovelier accommodation-the view was spectacular, the facilities were amazing, place was cosy, comfortable with all creature comforts & carpark-just a few minutes walk away from waterfall, supermarket, river, etc. Wished we could have stayed longer. Fully recommend it!

Kinlochmore (aka Kinlochleven - the same place give or take...
Kinlochmore (aka Kinlochleven - the same place give or take a bridge), has an interesting industrial history as well as nestling in the footsteps of Ben Nevis and at the top end of Loch Leven. Watching others on the rapids of the River Leven was fun. Co-op was well stocked and good for lunches. Also a stopping point on the West Highland Way.

I had a wonderful stay at Aos Lodges, Ballachulish, Glencoe.
I had a wonderful stay at Aos Lodges, Ballachulish, Glencoe. The place was absolutely beautiful, and the stay was incredible. Even though I was there for just one night, I honestly didn’t feel like leaving.
The staff were very nice, kind, and extremely helpful, which made the experience even better. Everything felt calm, welcoming, and well looked after.
I was a bit worried about network issues because of how remote the location is, but there was absolutely no problem at all. I’m on EE, and the network worked perfectly, just like anywhere else. I had even downloaded movies in advance thinking there wouldn’t be any signal, but that wasn’t necessary at all.
Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again and again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful getaway.

Well as most folk that have heard of Scotland, will know ....The 'Only' downside of particulary the central/west areas of 🏴are the...............Midges Lol🙉🙉 the mountain/hill walks our favourite, the pub & takeway food gr8,very easy tae get around with the ,local bus,..👍

Stunning scenery and an interesting visitor center although we would have liked more information about how the people lived here in times gone by and about the Glencoe massacre. There was also a clear lack of toilets for the number of people visiting and the gift shop was more expensive than others we've been too.
A walk around nearby Bllaculish and the remains of the quarry also added a little interest to the area. The gift shop had a range of items from cards to childrens toys to souvenirs that seemed a little more reasonably priced.

We had a fantastic stay at Ballachulish House! The property is absolutely beautiful, and our rooms were charming and well-maintained. The location was perfect, offering stunning views of the lake, ample privacy, and the convenience of parking and the well maintained kitchen. We especially loved the thoughtful and cute décor, which added to the warm and cozy atmosphere.
The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming, making our stay even more special. As a family, we want to express our immense gratitude for their hospitality and for making our holiday so memorable. We would love to return in the future and highly recommend the property to anyone looking for a relaxing and picturesque getaway!

Kinlochleven is a lovely picturesque little town situated on loch Leven. Being only a short distance from Glencoe, Fort William & Glen Finnan made this the perfect location for me to stay for a couple of nights.
