The service we received was exceptional, nothing was too much trouble. A special shout out to Jake, one of the waiters. He was so attentive and responsive, an assett to your business. We would definately return in the near future.

With views of St Aubin's Bay and Elizabeth Castle, the luxurious 5 star Grand Jersey Hotel and Spa is one minute from golden beaches. Very posh and excellent value for the price we paid. Room 228 is small, but we were out sight seeing every day so the size was never an issue. Staff were exceptional. Paul the concierge welcomed us on arrival, handled our bags and showed us our room. He went through the emergency evacuation procedures thoroughly. I have never had hotel staff do that. The Whitley Neil rhubarb and ginger gin and tonic is the best gin and tonic I have ever had! Breakfasts were impeccable.
