Staff were friendly, great with our children, and the design and decor were like a stylish country farmhouse. Everything you could think of! We stayed in the s/c cottages which were ideal. I bedroom with walk in shower on the ground floor, perfect for my elderly mother who struggles with stairs. Huge, spacious, beautifully decorated cottage. Would not hesitate to stay again.

The accommodation was lovely, perhaps a little outdated but that doesn’t deflect how lovely the staff were and how clean the place was. Everyone was so helpful and friendly, I will definitely return on my next visit to Jersey
Some say it might need updating , I say it has lots of character:) The room was big , apart from the window that needed clean everything else was spotless. The bed was big and comfortable and the 3 nights I stayed I slept like a log :) breakfast was nice and the ladies that served me were lovely and helpful. Easy check in and check out . All in all it was lovely and I would stay again for sure :)

After two nights of our five night stay there was a leak in our bathroom and the hotel staff were amazing and immediately moved us to an upgraded room where we had ocean views, it was fantastic! Thank you Joe! The space was very clean. The location was easily walkable to it all.
Good location for beach and shops bars
Hotel was beautiful and staff magnificent. My 5th stay in last 12 months and stay gets better everytime.
The cheese omelettes were fabulous and the dining staff were very helpful and very efficient. We were on motorbikes and the hotel arranged dedicated parking which was very helpful.
Everyone was very friendly. Really good atmosphere in hotel although others staying at the hotel were quite a bit older than us.
