The house is excellent with all the things you will need. Washing machine, full kitchen with 2 flames, refrigerator, an electric kettle and all the essentials including coffee, tea and suger. There are 2 bedrooms with a door between the kids room (2 twin beds) and the main bedroom. A small balcony upstairs and a larger one in the main entrance with 2 sitting hammocks and a small table. The living room is very large and nice. And the view is great There is also a beautiful road to walk and enjoy nature and the place is quiet and very private with a large garden with grass all around the house. The owner was extremely nice and helpful with everything, including informing us on a power outage and expected time for it to end and brought us matches to use.

Big and tasty Georgian breakfast, warm rooms(in late December), hot water, everything was clean, hosts were very helpful and hospitable, we were treated with homemade chacha and wine, great location 2 minutes from the castle and the city centre, room with castle view. Hosts offer trips to Vardzia or other nearby tourist attractions. I fully recommend it!

This is a very good place to stay for everyone, in terms of the staff and the manager, very friendly and kind in terms of access to any center they like, metro station, shopping and sightseeing centers of the city with many restaurants and all kinds of food. The rooms and services of the rooms are very clean and tidy and everything is excellent and very good.

Super nice owners. Don't miss the breakfast. The best we had in Georgia so far. Lovely cottages in a beautiful, relaxing setting!

The breakfast the next morning was just as impressive — generous, varied, and full of local flavors. Saba is not only a wonderful host but also an incredible guide. He shared thoughtful tips about the region, helped us discover beautiful hidden places, and even stayed available afterwards to assist us during our travels. His personal tour of his own winery was a unique experience: intimate, informative, and accompanied by good wines that reflect his passion and craftsmanship. The rooms are modern, spotless, and very comfortable, offering a perfect balance between contemporary design and the charm of the surrounding vineyards. Naubari Winery is the kind of place you immediately want to recommend to everyone you know — and we absolutely will. It’s not just accommodation; it’s an experience shaped by heartfelt hospitality, great food, and unforgettable moments.

I stayed here alone and was blown away by the hospitality — they opened the place just for me during the weekend and even prepared breakfast in the morning. The hotel sits right in the middle of a vineyard, surrounded by mountains, which makes it super peaceful. The building is new and quiet, with a big shared kitchen and a great terrace to hang out on. They also have really good (IMHO) local wine you can buy. Overall, a calm and cozy stay with great vibes and even better wine

The location and decoration was so good. I love it. The staff was excellent. They are food also delicious. If I come again in Georgia I will take your hospitality.
