We had a wonderful time at this property! The place is brand new, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed. It's perfectly located – just a short walk to the beach and close to a supermarket, which made everything super convenient. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, always available to answer any questions and went out of his way to accommodate all our requests. He provided detailed instructions for check-in, great local tips, and excellent restaurant recommendations. We had an unexpected situation that required us to leave suddenly and catch an unplanned flight. The host showed exceptional understanding and support, which we truly appreciated. We enjoyed our stay so much that we're already planning to come back soon with our extended family. Highly recommended!

One of the nicest apartments we have ever stayed in. The view is simply unbeatable an uninterrupted sea view straight from the large living room window and the balcony. Absolutely breathtaking. The owner’s hospitality and kindness truly made the stay special. He was polite, respectful, and very helpful assisting us with our luggage, welcoming us warmly with a bottle of wine, and offering great local recommendations. Communication was excellent throughout the stay, and he was always responsive. The apartment is clean, well organized, and in a fantastic location. It’s only a 10–15 minute drive to the Temple of Poseidon, and within 3–4 km (about 10 minutes by car) there are plenty of seafood and traditional Greek restaurants. We especially loved the peaceful location of the house. We had a late flight, and the host kindly offered us a late checkout free of charge, which was incredibly thoughtful. This is truly a place where we felt right at home, and one we would love to return to especially in summer to enjoy the beautiful nearby beaches. A big thank you to the owner for his outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended.

Location is 200 m from the Charakas beach, 5-6 minutes drive from the Poseidon temple and 20' from Lavrion..The apartment was super clean, having all the amenities and items available, with great view from the veranda to the wide blue. A lot of taverns within 5-10' drive. Last but not least the owners were always available to provide help and any information needed.

The owner of this place is so much fun and quite the character. We really enjoyed him. And it's a very nice place and a good location. We loved the balcony you can sit out on looking out toward the water. Very comfortable and clean place to spend a few days.
