A brand new hotel, very nicely located in a calm area, but close to the city. Contemporary designed hotel with luxury feel and attention to details. The entry hall and the stairs are a true masterpiece. The rooms are clean, comfortable, well organized and fully equipped. Staff was very professional and helpful, yet friendly. We were allowed to check in earlier and were provided complimentary free breakfast. Liana, was extremely helpful throughout our stay. She helped us to plan the visits around and gave us great suggestions. Furthermore, she invited us to the Easter party lunch organized by the hotel with traditional music and tasty food. Breakfast is buffet style, everything is freshly made and very well presented. Finally, food was very delicious. The garage is free , which is a bonus. I would definitely choose to stayhere again whenever I visit Crete.

I had trouble figuring out where to park my car and the staff was so patient and kind with my confused phone calls. My room was upgraded to a lovely suite and I thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant for dinner and the morning breakfast.

The location and the hotel is amazing. The center is just there around the corner and the best part is that hotel offers their own parking, charges extra but the price was reasonable, 10eur per day. The breakfast was amazing, huge variety of food and everything we tried was so tasty, especially homemade local yogurth from goat milk. Lots of fruits and veggies, and the cretan pie was delicious.

Yiota worked the front desk. We were informed there might be a ferry strike which meant we could not leave Crete and go to Santorini. She was amazing. She made calls to the port authority, numerous times, and helped us figure out alternatives. The strike did not happen but we would have been prepared without her.

Firstly, this is a large hotel complex with multiple buildings, pools, and beach areas. The entrance is lovely, offering beautiful views of the turquoise sea and palm trees. It is well designed, and the staff greet guests warmly on arrival and assist with luggage to the rooms. The rooms themselves are fairly standard, but clean and comfortable. We had a lovely sea view. Wi-Fi worked well throughout the property. The pool is very large, with plenty of lounge chairs, and the beach area is also well equipped for a relaxing stay. The breakfast area is pleasant, and the buffet offers a good variety of options. There are also several activities available, including tennis courts, basketball, and ping pong.

As part of our honeymoon trip, we intended to know Crete and chose Daios Cove for our stay. But the resort is so good that we didn’t got out of it. The room is spacious, modern and cosi. The pool and beach area and the views are wonderful. The restaurants are excellent, specially the Ocean, where we brightly closed our last night. Do recommend. Finally, the staff is impeccable.

nice spaceous room. We had a half-board: it was a variative dinner, with some specialities every evening, and base set of other meals. It is on a beach side, although need to pay separatelly for a sunbed on the beach. But you can use a pool on the roof with some amount of free sunbeds there.

Beautiful old town, so much to see and experience you can live there and never visit everything there is or go to all events, which are numerous, every night concerts, street artists, folk concerts, local products open markets, multiple blue-flagged beaches with natural tree-shadow and clean water, well organized, excellent and cheap transportation...would love to live there

Hersonissos is a lovely place. There is a lot of night life. So more for young people that want to party all night. There are lovely restaurants and some are so amazing the tables are right on the on the beach. The beaches are not bad there but found them better in Malia. Very nice location if you don't want to hire a car as it has everything within walking distance. If you have kids in a pram its definitely a no no. There are no pavements and the cars just park anywhere so you have to literally walk in the middle of the road.

Heraklion is a student's town with lots of tavernas, cafés and bars. In the city centre there is a lot so see (museums, exhibitions, specialized shops, singers, great tavernas, etc.). It's the heart of Crete and definitely worth visiting.

The Old Town is by far one of the best we’ve visited.

The Old Town is by far one of the best we’ve visited. Extensive selection of restaurants and shops whilst retaining all its charm. A stop at Galero bar for a drink is a must, it’s situated right in the heart of the old town next to the much photographed fountain.

Vicky, the hostess, is warm and attentive and does her best to accommodate guests’ requests. The entire team is friendly and helpful. All dishes are freshly prepared and well suited to our tastes. A special mention goes to the young chef, who stopped by each evening to ask for feedback on the dishes.

Beautiful, relaxing resort with many excellent restaurants. Easy to travel by bus to lovely places like Elounda. The boat trip to Spinalonga is very worthwhile. A visit to the archaeological museum is recommended.

For those who want a quiet get-away and yet close shopping, Kissamos is hard to beat. Close to the port for Balos-Gramvousa excursions and secluded for a wonderful relaxed time with your loved one. Gramvousa Restaurant is a must, a short drive to a memorable dining experience. Loved snorkeling and fish sightings around rocky areas. Pictures cannot capture the panoramic breath-taking setting.

Overcrowded beach, and because of that it was quite dirty.

Overcrowded beach, and because of that it was quite dirty. Most of the restaurants along the front were a bit similar and quite expensive. Sophia’s corner up the road away from the beach had the best food and a fantastic hostess

Lovely beaches, nice restaurants on the front, just chilled, people in shops and about very friendly, excellent if you are English speaking, Location is perfect for getting about on buses getting into Chania old town etc, a week is not quite enough we would have liked longer as it was a nice rest you have no worries for all you need there.

It’s a lovely little town with super gift shops and. A whole host of nice bars and restaurants to chose from . All the shop keepers are so friendly . Lots of great Greek cafes and bars and the food is well priced and delicious .
