I recently had the pleasure of staying at Nautilux Hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The rooms were not only nice, but also incredibly well equipped. They had everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. One thing that pleasantly surprised me was that the hotel was even nicer in person than it appeared in the pictures. The attention to detail and the overall ambiance of the hotel were truly impressive. But what truly made my stay exceptional was the staff. From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Their warm smiles and genuine hospitality made me feel right at home. I also had the opportunity to try the room service menu, and I must say, the food was delicious. They had a great selection of tasty dishes, and the cocktails and drinks were also top-notch. The staff at the beach bar were quick to take orders and provided excellent service. And let's not forget about the breakfast buffet. There were so many choices that it was almost overwhelming. From savory to sweet, healthy to indulgent, there was something for everyone. It was a breakfast paradise. I would like to give a special thanks to Kristine, the hotel receptionist, and Christos, the room divisions manager. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was memorable and enjoyable. Their professionalism and attention to detail were truly commendable. Overall, my experience at Nautilux Hotel was fantastic, and I can't wait to go back next year. Comfortable beds and a nice view from the balcony. They have very helpful and lovely staff. We received a lot of help from Nicole to book into this accommodation as we couldn't stay at our original accommodation due to it smelling of mould and being infested with mosquito. Nicole went above and beyond. She even showed us the room before we booked to make sure it was up to our standards after what we went through with the previous place.
