Hotelli on oikein kiva ja hyvällä sijainnilla. Henkilökunta on upeata ja mukavaa, että on myös allas, jossa on aina hyvin tilaa. Voisi sanoa, että hotelli on kuin ”keidas” keskellä Mykonos Townia. The hotel is really nice and in a good location. The staff is wonderful and it's nice that there is also a pool where there is always plenty of space. You could say that the hotel is like an "oasis" in the middle of Mykonos Town.

One sentence stuck with me a long time ago: "if an employer is good to it's employees, the employees will be good to it's customers" and somehow that's the feeling I got all the time (I hope Im right in saying this). We stayed here beginning of May and couldn't have asked for a better hotel with nicer staff. We got an upgrade to a room with private plunge pool (the hotel didn't seem to be fully booked at this time, so Im sure an upgrade is not always expected:) ) but therefore we appreciated it even more. The room was amazing and had a big private balcony, luxury sunbeds and private pool. Next time I'd definitely book this room myself as it's worth it! The amazing staff then helped us with car rental & arranging a birthday cake for my boyfriend, bringing it to the room and singing as a surprise (can highly recommend the chocolate/vanilla combination, it was delicious). We also had diner in the restaurant which I can recommend with a beautiful view on the pool and sea. What stood out is the kindness of the staff, beautiful pool, delicious breakfast and great room. Thanks to Julia, Isabella and everyone else at reception, bar, breakfast, diner, housekeeping. You made our stay absolutely wonderful!

Erittäin kaunis hyvässä kunnossa oleva hiljainen hotelli hyvällä paikalla. Biitsi on hotellin edessä ja vanhaan kaupunkiin kävelee muutamassa minuutissa. Kauppa lähellä. Parvekkeelta oli todella hienot näkymät. Myös auringonlasku näkyi parvekkeelle. Hyvä palvelu ja erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta.

Everything!!! Steps to a beautiful beach, the view was amazing, easy to get to… the entire resort was stunning and perfect! The staff were so hospitable and kind and went out of their way to make everything special and easy. I had gotten sick from another venue and they took the best care of me. This is one the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It’s flawless!

The friendliness of the staff, a very special thank you to Isabella for making me feel at home during my entire stay! Thanks to Kostas for always taking care of me at the beach and also to Maria from the reception. The hotel views, breakfast and beach are amazing and I can’t wait to visit again!

I really loved the facilities and the friendly staff at the property.

The staff are so welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. Dimitris & Ionna in particular went that extra mile offering suggestions of places to visit and told us so much about themselves and the island we felt they really made the holiday that bit extra special. Transport to the airport was organised for us without any problem and the hotel is immaculately kept. Breakfast was really good and the views from the restaurant are stunning. The location is fantastic as it's right on the beach and within easy reach of some really nice restaurants. Also it's only 5 mins walk to get the local bus into Mykonos town which is about 10 mins away and the bus runs regularly. We would highly recommend the Kosmoplatz Hotel if you're looking for a small clean exceptionally friendly hotel with high standards in a superb location.

This property is spectacular and the staff was so hospitable. I loved this property and will definitely fo back.

The hotel is fantastically located with a private beach next to Scorpios and SantAnna and easy access to other beaches by the taxi boat. The hotel is run by a lovely family that make you feel welcome and give you a royal treatment from start to end!

Wonderful place in central yet peaceful district. All the sights and attractions within walking distance. Fabrika bus station just a block away. Dimitris is a great host. Some rooms have lovely sea views and charming balconies.

My wife (36yrs)and I (38yrs) stayed with our daughter (3.5yrs) for 4 days from 29th May to 2nd June. Our stay was incredible and totally exceeded our expectations. All the different service departments of the hotel operated as one to provide us a 5* service. From transfer Mercedes, reception, breakfast, breakfast, beachfront, dinner area, No single service provider or staff member dropped the ball. Our favorite activity was to wake up in the morning, have breakfast by the beach, move onto the sunbeds at the front beach for the rest of the day and go the hotels gym prior to having dinner at the hotel or one of the near by restaurants. Along with complementary sunbeds at the beach, we received a bottle of water in an ice bucket, a smaller platter of fresh watermelon and strawberries. We could also order appetizers / lunch drinks which would be charged to room subject to our physical signature. The biggest surprise was how child friendly the hotel and beach area are. This was our biggest fear when initially booking our stay which was put at ease on our very first day. My wife and I already planning our next trip back. PS. We used the hotels childcare services (additional charge) for a night when we went into Mykonos town for a romantic dinner.

One of the most beautiful resorts we have ever had the pleasure of staying at. Gorgeous and spotless rooms, beautiful grounds and amenities, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast each morning, and the list goes on. We wanted for nothing.
