Nikia is a beautiful village especially off season and the location of the studio is wonderful and the views from the roof spectacular. The space is big and clean and the location is great if you want to hike down to the caldera before the tour buses arrive at 11qm.

We had an amazing stay at the Patriko House. It was a great location because it was quiet but also in Mandraki so close enough to everything. Everything was clean and beautiful and they even prepared a box of authentic goodies for us on arrival! Stathi was extremely communicative and helpful. I highly recommend this home for your trip to Nisyros!

Beautiful traditional house on a quiet street, but only a short walk away from shops and restaurants and sights. Very authentic and spacious. The host met us at the harbor and it's also possible to rent a car from them, very convenient. And they allow pets, which is great! We visited right after the season ended, so it was nice and calm, and the locals are extremely friendly and helpful! Until next time!

Beautiful well kept traditional home . You can tell it is a family home special knick knacks throughout. It is a 3 level home with many balcony/ porch options. Close to everything in the main port town of Mandrakion. Many wonderful restaurants and tavernas within close walking distance. The home had 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. A washing. Achine is a plus. Plenty of drawer and places to hang your clothes. Betty was a wonderful hostess. She meets you at the port and walks you to the home. She leaves you to enjoy your vacation. She gave us her phone number in case we needed anything. And we could always interact through Booking.com She always gave us a quick response. We saw Betty the night before we left and she warned us of high seas that our ferry may be canceled. We were able to change our plans for the next island in time before the travel agent closed for the evening. She even left us a lovely home made sweet.
