Everything! The room was spacious, clean and very convenient. Clean jacuzzi, but if you want it warm you have to communicate it to the stuff. The stuff was very helpful and happy to assist you with any information. Location was perfect away from the crowds and the noise.

We had a wonderful stay even though it’s only a night. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating—they even allowed us to check in early, which made a big difference after our long travels. The property itself is clean, well-maintained, and has a peaceful atmosphere that’s perfect for relaxing. The location is great too—just a 12-minute drive to Fira and about 12–15 minutes to Oia, making it easy to explore both of Santorini’s most popular towns while still enjoying a quieter place to stay. Whether you’re here to relax or explore, this villa is a perfect base. Highly recommended!

    It is where everything is going on.

    It is where everything is going on. There are loads of cute shops, and when we walked around to explore the area a bit, we stumbled accross the most breathtaking views. We had a wonderful time in Fira, and since all the restaurants and clubs were on our doorstep, we did not have to drive anywhere to go out and have some fun. Fira is definitely where you want to be staying. Our hotel was perfectly located, although the music could be heard in our room, it did not bother us at all.

    Great place to stay with plenty of options to capture famous blue domes and sunset. Highly recommended renting a car/buggy/scooter or quadbike. Without a rental, you will be spending most of your time and money on taxi’s. All locations are easily reachable from Oia in 30-40 minutes. Oia beach is fine but nothing comparing to other famous beaches.

    So many beach front restaurants our absolute favourite was Ariele which was Italian. The most incredible sea food ! The beach front walk was just beautiful. I understand the PR to try and get you in the restaurants but I don’t feel they need to do this so much. We did experience a couple of PR men who became rude when we didn’t go in. But think that’s everywhere all around the world. Kamari beach is a great place to stay. Would recommend 100%. Loved it

    It was so nice to stay here.

    It was so nice to stay here. Away from the crowds of Thira and Oia. Lovely little village with fabulous restaurants. Easy to get the bus into Fira 2 euros. Equally you can walk it in 30 minutes down a lovely coastal path.

    Not a huge amount to do in Perissa while we were there as it...

    Not a huge amount to do in Perissa while we were there as it was a bit too windy to spend long at the pool or beach. Food was ok and quite expensive. A couple of days is enough to see what’s there and do a boat trip which is the best way to see the island and I would highly recommend. Shop around for value though.

    This was our second time staying in the village.

    This was our second time staying in the village. Very convenient for getting around not too far to walk to Fira. We don’t like crows so prefer to stay outside of the main tourist areas this is just far enough away from the capital. Plenty of places to eat in the village a few shops and bus stop just at the top of the main road.

    Akrotiri is a beautiful town.

    Akrotiri is a beautiful town. I definitely recommend visiting the Akrotiri archaeological site, but the entrance fee of 20 euros is honestly way too expensive. The White Beach and Red Beach are nice, but not really our thing because they’re overcrowded. We preferred finding some quieter beaches instead

    Best location in Santorini you can get just in the the heart...

    Best location in Santorini you can get just in the the heart right in between Thira and Imerovigli - 10-15mins walk in both directions. Beautiful and relaxing town with everything you could ask for and still without the noise from clubs until late night like in Thira! Firostefani simply is a must to pick!

    There are a couple of real highlights.

    There are a couple of real highlights. First watch the sun go down from the top of the hill at Franco's. Second eat at Cava Alto. The most amazing and inventive mediterrean cuisine with a superb atmosphere. Try and avoid using taxis they are ruinouslt expensive.

    the location is not what it seams, it is just between the main road and other construction sites or empty fields, with no nice view. Overrated prices on booking.com compared with the reception prices or any other nice hotels even in Oia.
