Beautiful rooftop restaurant and view area, open to guests all the time, also for early sunrise views. The fine details that made us comfortable; bedding, water always hot for shower, close enough to the busier streets, but far enough to ensure you have peaceful nights. The staff were all fantastic, with Nelson the manager so helpful- he is an unforgettable part of what works here, especially for us as English speaking guests. A wonderful coffee shop Nativo around the corner, and close to the colourful sombrero street. Local neighborhood and people in the area very friendly.

Pretty garden, big cold pool (for me the temperature was great, very refreshing) and a smaller warm one. The stuff is nice, breakfast was delicious. The room was specious, big bathroom. We had a lovely balcony with the pool and lake view. Overall, I loved it!

This is a very nice hotel in a quieter location, but just a short walk to the centre. There is a convenience store on the same street and Bar / Cafe Pajarero at the bottom of the road, which was great. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is well maintained. My room was nicely furnished and very spacious. The bed was super comfortable for me. The bathroom was also spacious and clean. There were 3 options for breakfast, I tried two of them and enjoyed both. Good portion size. This was excellent value for money too!

Great location near to Panajachel dock which still seems to feel peaceful and spacious. Really enjoyed using the natural thermal pool. Breakfast very good also and staff very helpful and friendly.

We loved the hotel. So calm, so quiet. the room and bathroom was clean and functional. the rooftop is sooo nice. very nice view on the lake and very calm. That's rare ! The staff were really really nice René and the hotel manager were so kind and helpful. I 100% recommend.

This hotel is a great and well priced place to stay - the location is great, ~5 minute walk from the main pier and with heaps of shops and restaurants around. The free breakfast is nice and the kitchen is perfect for all basic cooking.

We had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was super delicious, a highlight for us. There also is a very nice garden area and many common areas to sit with a nice view of the garden or on the roof. The hosts and all workers were very kind. We also liked the ease of having a key to the outside gate so you can go and come whenever you want while still being super safe. Parking was very convenient and safe.

The location of Casa del Mundo is perfect. Every room has a view of the lake and the volcanoes and the whole hotel is full of plants and stairs that connect everything. Also there are spa treatments like sauna, massages, hot tubs and swimming stops. The breakfast and dinner is very delicious and the staff is super friendly.

Location is perfect, close to everything yet very peaceful & quiet. The room was as it looked in the pictures, really cute decoration and comfy (and bathroom with actual hot water!!). I was working from there and wifi was really good. The garden is stunning, the heated pool is a big plus. And super convenient to have parking included. They have also have a restaurant and the food was de-li-cious. The best place to eat around Pana for sure, the wood-oven pizza was just to die for. Overall, best value for money. This will be my go-to spot next time I come to the lake!
