They were very professional and understanding when I needed to postpone my stay due to health reasons. All went well, they made sure I have no problems with reservation and allowed no extra charges. We decided to come back every winter. They also offer a diverse and rich breakfast & dinner. Hotel is located walking distance from mystic Heviz thermal lake, there are also cute shopping streets and a great gallery with many beautiful paintings from local artists.

Loved the wellness area. Breakfast and dinner were awesome, many options to choose and delicious. We were able to used the wellness after we checked out. Staff super friendly and helpful. Family friendly hotel!!!

Paikka oli jälleen upea, aivan Balatonin rannalla. Huoneisto oli todella suuri ja tilaa oli 3:lle hengelle 100 m2. Pienemmät saman talon huoneistot ovat ratkaisevasti viihtyisimpiä kuin tämä oli. Tämä sijaitsi alakerrassa. Käytävältä ei kuulunut ääniä. Huone on esteetön myös rullatuolilla kulkevalle.

The most memorable part of the stay was the helpfulness of the staff. I specifically remember Bora and a young female employee who's name I cannot recall helping us with making phone calls, directions and giving us suggestions. They made our trip such a fun experience. We loved the included meals. They were delicious and again the staff in the dining hall was so kind. The location was ideal and the hotel was easy to navigate. If I get a chance to return to the lake , I will definitely stay here again!

Awesome breakfast and dinner with a great choice of varieties and even some specialties. The staff was incredibly helpful and made sure everything was going well throughout our stay. I loved the spa facilities and the young gentleman who I made an appointment with for massages was absolutely nice. The rooms were small, but the beds were really comfy with crisp, white bed sheets. Sun beds and umbrellas were available to borrow free of charge, and they even inflated our floats.

We chose the hotel because of location, which is is great. We only stayed for transit so didn't care much about other stuff. Sure the hotel needs renovation and so, but it's not as bad as some reviews suggest. Room was clean, noise wasnt so bad.

It’s a perfect place if you want to relax in a quiet environment. The garden is well maintained, the pool’s temperature was perfect. The rooms were clean, it had every basic equipment in the kitchen that we needed for a few days. There are some rules that the owner kindly asked us to follow and to respect the others who stayed at the property. The owner was nice, flexible with our groups arrival, and even gave us the keys in advance. If you looking for a place where you can relax for a great price, it’s perfect. Stores, beaches, train stations are in walking distance.

Staying at Villa Kabala is a unique experience that I can recommend to all who like the north shore of Lake Balaton and enjoy fine dining. The location of the property high on the hillside ensures it is quiet with an amazing view overlooking the lake. The kitchen is listed in the Michelin guide and lived up to its reputation - we had amazing meals every time we sat down in their dining room. Thank you Petra, Peter, and all the staff for making our anniversary stay so memorable.
