The room was spacious with a nice layout. I also loved the environmentally friendly toiletries and the glass water bottles instead of plastic. The staff were lovely and helpful. both check‑in and check‑out were super quick. The buffet breakfast was great. The location is perfect too, with direct access to the mall.

This hotel was exceptional. The most comfortable stay I’ve had while travelling. The hotel is located in Terminal 3 of the airport and is perfect for staying before or after a flight. The service was excellent, the breakfast was amazing. I requested a late check out and it wasn’t an issue. This hotel is worth the price for the stay and I would stay here again and again. There was a feeling of luxury in the room that I wasn’t expecting. This hotel was a little haven after a long flight. Even being in the airport there was no noise in the room.

We used the hotel only for 1 night to transfer from Jakarta to the Flores island. We flew to the international terminal from Europe. The hotel is located at the adjacent terminal for domestic flights. Transfer between the terminals is possible by roller or taxi. We used a taxi. The hotel has a fantastic location. A few steps from the terminal for domestic flights. Friendly staff. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Very tasty breakfast, also a selection from the European diet. The hotel meets 200% expectations, it is spectacular in all aspects, rooms, services, guest service, restaurant, swimming pool... But I want to especially highlight the attention that two people in particular, Cinta and Diana, gave us in their restaurant. Super friendly and attentive at all times with us, for me it has been a spectacularly special memory, without hesitation I will recommend coming to the hotel to anyone who knows and visits Indonesia, and of course I myself will repeat!

We really enjoyed our stay in Mambruk. We were looking for a relaxed place, driving distance from Jakarta, for me to recover from a long flight and jet lag. Mambruk offers a quiet accommodation setting, with beautiful lush gardens and walking grounds. The pool is long and wide, and the gym is well equipped - however, the cable weight machine needs replaced. The breakfast was one of the best and most complete I've ever had in any hotel in many years of trips. The staff is very friendly. The private beach and general area are well maintained, and offer spectacular views to Krakatoa and the Sumatra-Java straight. There are many restaurant options around. End of August is probably a good time to go, with what I would say is around 50% or less occupation. It's also driving distance to many other beaches around, like main Anyer, Carita, as well as hiking hills and waterfalls - which we decided not to do due to lack of time, but will be back for.

location near airport and very convenient for night stopover. they have free 24 hours shuttle bus. we arrived at the midnight and driver picked us up very fast. in the room was a bit noisy from outside traffic , but it depends on room location. don't expect bright white pillow but it was clean. we had early wake up and missed breakfast but they had tea and cakes:) price good

I loved the hospitality of the staff at the hotel, very accomodating and always there to help. Close to local stores for groceries and other restaurants. There are stores on the strip when you enter if grocery supplies are needed asap and a few restaurants as well. Brilliant :)

CGK airport itself works well and most terminals are beautiful - Danantara have got it right. But all airport hotels seem to suffer from damp and mould, due to the low level, proximity to the sea and rainy season flooding no doubt. Top tip - find a hotel downtown in Jakarta, don't stay near the airport.

The staff at the hotel are very friendly and extremely helpful. When I called to say that I forgot to bring my contact lens at around 9 pm local time there, the staff managed to order one bottle for me online, have it delivered to the hotel and brought it up to my room personally. Kudos to him!!

Even if you only think of it as an airport transit station,...

Even if you only think of it as an airport transit station, you should at least be able to wash and shower, but it doesn't. The shower head, which is fixed to the wall and has a lot of rust, barely works.

Atria Residence is close to the mall and has a unique and quiet location. The rooms are clean and the bathroom is spacious. All tools are available in the room. They have a helpful and kind staff, especially Mrs. Lita, who in turn helped me facilitate the entry procedures, and also helped me transfer the bags to the room herself, and this service I did not see in any other hotels since my many experiences in other countries, and she also explained additionally about the city of Tangerang and the tourist sites And the services available nearby.. I thank the management of Atria Hotels for hiring employees like Mrs. Lita to harness the services for the residents

The airport at Jakarta (like the other airports in Indonesia...

The airport at Jakarta (like the other airports in Indonesia) has very limited choices for food. It seems they think all travelers want coffee and pastries. We did eat at a sit down restaurant with super oily food that was way below average and high priced (for Indonesia).
