This hotel was exceptional. The most comfortable stay I’ve had while travelling. The hotel is located in Terminal 3 of the airport and is perfect for staying before or after a flight. The service was excellent, the breakfast was amazing. I requested a late check out and it wasn’t an issue. This hotel is worth the price for the stay and I would stay here again and again. There was a feeling of luxury in the room that I wasn’t expecting. This hotel was a little haven after a long flight. Even being in the airport there was no noise in the room.

We used the hotel only for 1 night to transfer from Jakarta to the Flores island. We flew to the international terminal from Europe. The hotel is located at the adjacent terminal for domestic flights. Transfer between the terminals is possible by roller or taxi. We used a taxi. The hotel has a fantastic location. A few steps from the terminal for domestic flights. Friendly staff. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Very tasty breakfast, also a selection from the European diet. Maximum satisfaction and recommendation

The hotel meets 200% expectations, it is spectacular in all aspects, rooms, services, guest service, restaurant, swimming pool... But I want to especially highlight the attention that two people in particular, Cinta and Diana, gave us in their restaurant. Super friendly and attentive at all times with us, for me it has been a spectacularly special memory, without hesitation I will recommend coming to the hotel to anyone who knows and visits Indonesia, and of course I myself will repeat!

The hotel exceeded expectations. Free transfer to/from the airport. Very polite and professional hotel staff - reception, cleaning, restaurant. Room with TV, spacious shower with hot water, unusual design, but everything is comfortable and convenient. Three clean towels per person. Two bottles of water. Next to the hotel there is a store, warungs, in the neighboring hotel 1 min opposite there is an alcohol bar. Excellent option for transit!

Excellent airport hotel that doesn't feel like you are in thr airport. Conveniently located inside the terminal 3 domestic airport. Perfect for one or two nights stay over.

I loved the hospitality of the staff at the hotel, very accomodating and always there to help. Close to local stores for groceries and other restaurants. There are stores on the strip when you enter if grocery supplies are needed asap and a few restaurants as well. Brilliant :)

Very comfortable bed, the mattress is firm and good size, good quality of sheets set. The bathroom & bedroom are very clean everyday. Overall good stay around this area.
