The place was absolutely stunning, with complete amenities and beautifully detailed decor. The service was exceptional, and I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade. All the staff were wonderful but Tony and Milka just made my stay the best!! I had the greatest time because of them and because the hotel and location were great too. The room was just beautiful and the hotel itself was well kept and the grounds were gorgeous and also boasted a mini zoo which was perfect for an animallover like myself. Thank you for leaving me with great memories!! Tony and Milka I miss you guys!!

I had an outstanding experience because: fantastic 24h pick up/drop off at airport, great friendly and helpful staff at all levels, from airport pick up to waiters at roof top bar. And everybody in between :) . Fast room make up service, great restaurant options and well kept swimming pool. Top buffet breakfast including eastern and western food options. Also professional SPA services offered at very reasonable price. Rooms are well insulated from any airport noise. This resort is conveniently located near the Airport, a good place to break from your itinerary. In general, super clean and well maintaied environment. Good ratio price/value. I would recommend it for sure.

    We stayed here for a week while we packed up our house and prepared to move. Clean, comfortable apartment. Good location, good facilities, nice breakfast. My 7 y.o. daughter enjoyed feeding the rabbit and birds. Staff was kind, friendly, and accommodating - quick to help. Internet wasn’t working well on our first night. I phoned the front desk and they arranged to have an access point installed directly in our apartment the following morning. The I nternet worked perfectly afterwards.

    Locationwise! It's by the roadside. The hotel provides a free and punctual shuttle service to the airport which is just around 10 mins journey. You can simply book a shuttle service once you've check in so it's pretty convenient and conducive. I love the sofa and you can sleep on it. The staffs and driver were really helpful. There's even a few vending machines and a lobby with tables and chairs for you to dine in etc

    The staff at the hotel are very friendly and extremely helpful. When I called to say that I forgot to bring my contact lens at around 9 pm local time there, the staff managed to order one bottle for me online, have it delivered to the hotel and brought it up to my room personally. Kudos to him!!

    We were unable to arrange a ride to the hotel through the hotel. They wanted to know where we were at the airport and there were no identifying door numbers, or curb markers to tell them. Then they wanted us to take a picture of where we were and send it to them.... There was no picture we could take that would identify exactly where we were. A huge airport, we'd never been there before, had been traveling for 24 hours and we were exhausted and overwhelmed. We finally just took a cab. The room was quiet - after the people in the hallway stopped talking loudly at 2:30 AM. The room was comfortable enough for our 18 hours there. Beds comfortable, room temperature was great.

    Atria Residence is close to the mall and has a unique and quiet location. The rooms are clean and the bathroom is spacious. All tools are available in the room. They have a helpful and kind staff, especially Mrs. Lita, who in turn helped me facilitate the entry procedures, and also helped me transfer the bags to the room herself, and this service I did not see in any other hotels since my many experiences in other countries, and she also explained additionally about the city of Tangerang and the tourist sites And the services available nearby.. I thank the management of Atria Hotels for hiring employees like Mrs. Lita to harness the services for the residents
