I stayed here for the BTN Jakarta International Marathon. It was such a convenient location near to the start line and the hotel staff even put on an early breakfast for runners participating. The beds are super comfortable, the facilities are nice, and the hotel staff couldn’t be any more helpful or friendly. High recommend.

At the large and beautiful front desk during check in, the Bell boy will bring all your luggage with Bell carts to your room. Rooms are large, very clean and beautiful with big windows from floor up to the ceiling and noiseless. Every few days you get new room slippers, fresh bathrobe. The rooms are provided with fast wifi and fixed internet connection, different power outlets, big flat screen TV and 2 telephones, large 6 meter office desk with a comfortable office seat and many space for your luggage including a save box and a little sofa with table. The bathroom is very spacious with a big clean and beautiful shower cabin with 2 shower heads. All soap and lotions are from a high quality. High quality towels, hair dryer. Every day new tooth brushes, tooth past, bottles water, etc. There is a big swimming pool with towels, dressing room, pool bar, fitness room and spa. During weekends there are food stands in the evening at the pool bar where you can order fresh cooked food and drinks. The breakfast buffet restaurant on floor 3 is very big and beautiful with many different food sections. You can make choices of Western, Chinese, Japanese and Indonesian food, fruits and drinks. Different choice of high quality coffee and healthy drinks. All food are made fresh and constantly checked by 2 assistant chef cooks on taste, presentation and quality. The assistant chef cooks are always standby at the food sections to serve and provide you with information about the food. All food cutlery ect are sterilized. The restaurant managers which are responsible to ensure the restaurant run smoothly and efficiently and food service managers. All the staff members of the restaurant are highly dedicated to there job and provide you with the best service, its a perfect teamwork with a smile and happy feeling.

Had the most amazing stay for 1 night as we climbed mt ljen. The owner was so kind, helpful and arranged everything for us to go hike mt ljen. He provided us with medical certificates (which we didn’t know we needed), gave us free gas masks and even arranged for one of his friends to buy us the tickets when we arrived at mt ljen. Room was very clean, comfortable and AC worked great. Very cool location that has way more of a local feel!

From my perspective, The room is very clean, you can use all the utilities, you can eat with a dinning table so it won't be hard, you can invite friends, they offer buffet breakfeat and specially it is spacious. almost the same price with other hotel but with little space for a group of 3. To add it is beside the mall so you have an easy access to foods. It also a offer a great view of the city.

Best ever decision to stay here. i am a chef and travel for food and i loved the food at the hotel. The breakfast was exceptional and the staff was extraordinary. the chefs and the servers and everyone was like a family in just few hours. it was truly home away from home and everyone was genuine and superb. room was extraordinary and facilities. i left my heart there and miss every moment. i really wish i can go there again and each time ill choose this hotel. their Saturday brunch was also amazing. Room service was quick and food was great. loved every moment.
