Our stay at Grand Hotel de Djokja was simply outstanding. My partner and I stayed for three days, and we enjoyed every moment of our experience there. Every member of the staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm. Their service, smiles, and willingness to help all felt sincere and personal. From the moment we checked in until the day we left, everything was handled beautifully and made us feel truly valued as guests. The hotel itself is newly renovated, elegant, and impeccably clean. The bedsheets were fresh and felt luxurious, making our stay even more comfortable. The bathroom and complimentary toiletries were also thoughtfully curated and classy. We especially loved the rattan sandals — such a lovely and memorable touch. We appreciate the complimentary photoshoot by Loft Moments. The team was professional, warm, and made the experience enjoyable. We now have one of the photos displayed in our home as a sweet reminder of our wonderful stay. The breakfast deserves special recognition — it was truly remarkable. We stayed at three other hotels in Jogja during our trip, and Grand Hotel de Djokja had by far the best breakfast experience. From the fresh juices, jamu (and how they served it) to the variety of traditional Indonesian and Western dishes, everything was delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared. The restaurant staff were also incredibly attentive and helpful throughout. We wish we could remember and mention every single staff member who made our stay special, but we would especially like to acknowledge sweet Lina and her colleagues at the restaurant, attentive Agung and his colleague at the front desk, Pak Rudy at the concierge, the kind lady at the bar who helped take our photos by the gamelan set, and the lovely team from Loft Moments photography. Even days after our stay, we still find ourselves talking about the wonderful memories we made at Grand Hotel de Djokja. Thank you for such a heartfelt and unforgettable experience. Danke schön.

Everything perfect , clean , modern and variation of food also perfect location in jogja

The staff were friendly and helpful. Location wise, very good. Near to the famous Jalan Malioboro, it's within walking distance. The hotel even has angkringan style food stalls in the afternoon. Very convenient.

The property itself is gorgeous. One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Loved the spa. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. As a vegetarian, I was very happy about the breakfast. Best of all, our room was so comfortable.

It was beyond our expectations - the customers service extended by the hotel staffs especially Afiz & Tian from the Front Desk! Afiz went far extra assisting me with transportation bookings, etc. Room itself was very clean & comfortable. Food offered was excellent - breakfast choices & restaurant’s menu selections. Overall I would rate this property Excellent, thank you to the entire team!

Close to Malioboro street. Walking distance. Convenient store also nearby. 24 hour room service with affordable price. Clean and tidy room. Helpful staff. Great breakfast with lot of choices.

Nice place to stay with family, friendly and helpful staff, delicious food and have a strategic location.

It was clean and the pool is open till late. The staffs especially Pak Kris from the bell boy and Pak Do from engineerind were amazing, they went beyond their duty to help me set up my rental bicycle. The location is in the center of the city so in the morning you can jog to UGM where motorist is limited gives you more room to run.

The reception ladies are amazing ❤️ Always helpful and responsive I loved that the hotel is nicely located, and great value for money. Water, tea and coffee, and a simple toast and spreads breakfast provided. Overall a great value for money, if I'm staying for a short duration

Loc is near to Malioboro, which is really convenient and staff were all very good. Breakfast is good too.

Wi FI slow - suddenly my interview disconnected even twice than change into my personal modem that I always bring for back up, as I rent the room for work purposes.

Nothing fancy, but honestly, I didn't need anything more for a one-night stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything was in good condition
