I had the pleasure of staying at Horison Utlima, and I can confidently say that it was the perfect experience. From the moment we checked in, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and offers all the amenities one could hope for.
What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. A special thank you to "Lili", who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was flawless. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and followed up with us every day to ensure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Lili's warm and welcoming nature made a huge difference and truly enhanced our experience.
Overall, I highly recommend Horison Utlima to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We can't wait to return!

I choose a deluxe room, the room is big and also with balcony. The room has big tv, and also mini fridge. Everything is fine, the staffs are very friendly. They also have a simple and mini playground. You can walk around 5-7 minutes to the beach. In front of the hotel, there is some spa, mini market and also laundry. The laundry is wonderful. There is also wacko restaurant and like javanese food, but I havent try it.

Long lap pool, very quiet place, very nice staff, only 2 minutes away from the beach, surfers paradise. You can walk along the beach (turn left when you reach it), on the sand or faster on a paved path, and this up to the airport, in about 2 hours. I did it both ways, took me 25K steps.

Central location but the traffic is bad.The main street was not a pleasure to walk on.Motor bikes using footpaths as part of the road and cars parking where they like. The roads just cannot cope with the number of cars and bikes. However one bonus was our hotel was close to Livingstone Cafe which was fabulous for food and coffee.

If you like shopping for : Clothes, Artefacts, Souvenirs, Restaurants or Massage parlours ..... all within reach ..... plenty to see and do ( knock yourself out ) The area where I stayed the pathways are busy and narrow .... you are always competing with people and traffic.
{ so make sure you have your Wits about you and your Senses tuned in } .... But thats Bali for you !!
.... I enjoyed the experience !!

Lots of great food and shopping options.
Lots of great food and shopping options. Very congested with traffic but that is pretty much par the course everywhere - you just have to accept that’s the way it is. It’s really the tourists who don’t understand how to drive in other countries, and Bali is a perfect example. You just can’t speed, and despite the risk of fines, motorcyclists still don’t wear helmets.

Seminyak is a great place for a family visit.
Seminyak is a great place for a family visit. We found Legian too busy and chaotic for our liking but Seminyak was a slower, more relaxed pace. There are so many great brunch spots - Sea Circus, Neon Palms, Sisterfields, Revolver to name a few. The coffee in particular was great, better than the average Australian coffee. Our favourite evening restaurant was Gloriam Grills & Glamour (Italian), the pasta was delicious and the service was faultless. We wish we could have this experience again. We visited Seminyak Beach at about 10am which was not overly busy and we hired a couple of beach lounges which was nice. The only downside to our time was the unreliability of the Gojek drivers... they cancelled so often it was frustrating, particularly having an uncontrollable toddler and trying to get home we found this annoying. Overall an enjoyable trip and would love to return!

Coming from Australia where the traffic is extremely well...
Coming from Australia where the traffic is extremely well organised and the streets are well manicured, we were shocked and overwhelmed by the chaos and noise of the Streets in Seminyak. The streets are very narrow, the sidewalks are often inexistent or at best full of trip hazards and holes. There are hundreds of motorcycles zooming past you all the time and they often beep and stop to ask if you want a ride or try to strike up a conversation in the hope of getting money off you. We constantly had to look where we were stepping while paying attention to the traffic that was zooming by and fending off the clingy locals. It was exhausting and overwhelming and we had to stop quite often to take a break in one of the cafes or shops for tourists. There were some nice shops and cafes and the place was quite interesting to see but it was very hard to navigate. We went to Ubud and Sanur afterwards and even though there was still a lot of traffic and scooters, they were beeping and harassing us much less. In future, I will avoid Seminyak and its surroundings and choose less hectic towns.

Seminyak is my favourite place in Bali.
Seminyak is my favourite place in Bali. There is loads to do (or not do) to suit every taste.
I liked the beach clubs for laps early morning and drinks at night for the sunset.
I am used to having a lot of choice for restaurants which you do in Seminyak.
My tip would be to walk as much as you can, traffic is chaos and it is often faster to walk and see so much more along the way.
First time I give a 10 ,this hotel is a gem, best 4 star in seminyak, even better than some 5 stars .extended multiple times ,staff is welcoming and well prepared always ready to help, rooms are original, spacious clean and well disegned . Clearly well managed. Special thanks to the Manager Mr Bagus that took care and sorted out a wrong reservation made by myself
Amazing hotel in Seminyak! Very central whilst still being quiet to rest properly. The hotel had an amazing pool, the massages were great and the restaurant did one of the best Nasi Goreng we had whilst in Bali. The staff was also very helpful as they helped us book a really good cooking class very last minute! Would absolutely recommend
The staff were very friendly and the room was lovely. The location right on the beach is great with plenty of shops close by. Balinese night was great. We also had 100 candles romantic dinner which was amazing. Breakfasts were delicious. Loved our stay at seminyak beach resort.
very nice hotel in center of Seminyak. the hotel itself ia unique, perfect location, nice staff. i would definately comw back here. stayed in many hotels in Bali, but this one is going to the top list. very good value for money.
It was the worst hotel breakfast I’ve ever experienced,it was that bad we paid for our own breakfast every morning at the villa complex adjacent to the Salila Beach Resort.
