staff is friendly and very helpful. location is good as its very near the airport. we missed the shutter bus to the airport, counter staff offered and arrange airport transfer via the hotel's car free of charge. its very much appreciated.

Staff was attentive when request were made

The pools and pool hours are exceptional. One is 50m long! Be aware that this doubles as a pool park that the public can access, for a small fee, but there is always plenty of room for everyone. The front-desk and cafe staff were eager to please. Asih, in particular, deserves special mention, for fulfilling every request within her power, without complaining or questioning the reasons I was asking. In fact, I had two stays here: this 2-night stay, and a later 6-night stay. It was largely due to Asih's approachability that I felt comfortable returning. I returned here after two nights in a much classier, more expensive (but disappointing) alternative hotel.

This is the best hotel in Pekanbaru which is based on the other 5 hotels we have already stayed at. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The rooms are clean, tidy and well kept. The pool facilities is great for kids. Family friendly Hotel that caters for Kids too.

The staff is very polite, and they always try to help. The receptionist girl helped me rent a motorbike — thank you very much for this! The hotel provides a hearty, delicious, and varied breakfast (buffet style). Parking is free of charge. Good quality Wi-Fi. The bed was comfy, the room was clean, and the air conditioning worked well. Five minutes walk from the hotel, you will find everything you need: shops, shopping centers, ATMs, and street food. Sincerely recommend.
