The staff was amazing. The weather was cold and rainy, so we ate in premises for lunch and dinner, and these were two of our favorite dining meals of the entire trip! Limerick was not a planned stop. All staff were wonderful , a special thank you to Shamus!

The hotel was absolutely spotless with beautiful decor. The bedroom was lovely and spacious, with a fabulous ensuite bathroom. The breakfast at the hotel was one of the best I’ve ever had, offering plenty of options and a lovely seating area. All the staff members at the hotel couldn’t have been more helpful or obliging. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in a lovely hotel.

The room was very comfortable and had a kettle and an iron. The breakfast was wonderful with a cold selection and hot cooked breakfast to order. The staff throughout the hotel were amazing and extremely helpful.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. I had left my phone in a cab and they dedicated their time to helping me locate it. They made me feel calm and relaxed thru a very stressful situation.

On check in, the receptionist realised our room was over the ballroom where there was a wedding that night. As we have young children, she found us another room in one of the suites. We were delighted with the bigger room and the quiet nights sleep!

What a lovely hotel; Arrived at 6pm having spent all day travelling (flights/car hire), was greeted very warmly by the reception staff who very kindly made a booking for the restaurant. Hotel is very "classy", lovely reception area, really nicely laid out. The room was great, super comfy bed, & the Rituals shower accessories was a classy touch. Food in the restaurant was delicious, lots of staff on duty who provided a very friendly service. Car park had loads of spaces, & the lift takes you right up to the reception area. This, & its sister hotel in Galway, are both superb hotels, & I'll definitely be staying in them again.

Located a short stroll from Limerick on the upscale Ennis Road, the Limerick-Galway Road, means that you can experience the best of both worlds.
