The villa has a lot of atmosphere and you feel at home and like a big family together with the other guests. Everything is well maintained and clean, we slept very well in the comfortable bed. There is facilities in the common kitchen that you can use if you want to make your own meal. We will come back.

It was a wonderful holiday to our family.
We were searching for simple expectations, we just wanted a nice time with our kids.
So, it was a huge surprise when we arrived, how relaxing and welcoming was the village.
The staff are nice and friendly.
Since we booked, immediately they contact us through phone, finding out about our needs if there is anything unusual.
At check-in a club car was took the package to the cabin.
From the cabin to the dead sea it's 4 minutes walk, (also transportation is optional by club car with small payment).
There is a swimming pool for adults, and most importantly there's a comfortable pool for the kids.
The playroom for kids seems very good.
Unfortunately we didn't have time to use all the facilities.
We will definitely come again!!

Found my little heaven on earth. The view was INCREDIBLE especially at sunrise. The amenities were very clean. The hangout area was filled with laughter as people played ping pong or board games (no smartphones!). Absolutely adored the experience. My children are actually upset I'm not gatekeeping! ;)

The kibbutz hotel is exceptional in its beautiful surrounding and in its very unique kibbutz atmosphere that one can feel. Kibbutz members really care about this place and the combination of simplicity with the investment in the beauty of the gardens makes it very special.

The Dead Sea is nice on the year around. always nice for staying some days for enjoy and rest.
I recommend visiting the Bokek River on front of the hotels.
A nice and fresh river descending from the mountains with pools of fresh and clean water.

Wow, shocked at how bad this hotel is.
Wow, shocked at how bad this hotel is. I don’t think you can really call it a hotel. Tiny rooms, zero view, very run down. Hotel restaurant has some of the worst food we have ever had and is super expaive. The pool is a kibitz pool shared with residents.

Beautiful setting, sitting out under the stars for hours...
Beautiful setting, sitting out under the stars for hours with the view of the Dead Sea right there....so quiet! We were grateful for the air conditioning and refrigerator (it was very hot outside--but in the evening cooled way down). Very close to Ein Gedi and just down the road from Qumran and Massada. Loved it! Would go again.

The facilities were acceptable, the rooms were clean and had everything that you needed, and the outside areas were well-kept and pleasant. The pool was good and the access to the dead sea beach was good. The breakfast was amazing.

Need to shop while away on day trips, as there is no convenience store in Ovnat.

Almog is a quiet Kibbutz on the Dead Sea. Safe area with a few local restaurants. You need a car to be there. Almog has a rly cute playground equipped with everything and a nice pool. It’s also a dog friendly place.

Room was fine and it was clean, but, needed a major face-lift..One tiny single blanket was provided for two if us. Ants were crawling in the bed. Tv wasn't working, electricity cut off of at 7.30 in the morning, which forced us to get up due the the extreme heat as aircon did not work

I recently stayed for 3 nights at the Herbert Samuel Dead Sea Hotel, and the experience was truly wonderful. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with beautiful views and excellent amenities. The spa and Dead Sea facilities were outstanding, and the pool area was relaxing and well-maintained.
The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made the stay even more pleasant. The food was delicious with a great variety at every meal. Overall, it was a perfect combination of comfort, relaxation, and great service.
I fully recommend the Herbert Samuel Dead Sea for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. I would happily return!

Ein Gedi Beach is closed. But you can reach Kalya Beach by bus or car in half an hour. Or you go down south, there are plenty of beaches there.

Such a beautiful place.
Such a beautiful place. The rooms are perfect with everything you need for a comfortable stay, a cold pool, walkable to the dead sea, yummy breakfast, equipt kitchen and grill area and filtered water.
Only note is make sure to bring food or plan ahead as there aren't many evening options close by.
