The main staff and Rubi especially were all amazing

This is my second time at a Prima hotel and the super friendly and welcoming staff don't stop to surprise me in a good way! 😊 Only for their hospitality I would choose the Prima hotels again and again!

The kindness and warmth of the people is unmatched. From the moment you arrive, you're greeted with smiles. Everyone is so lovely. The pool, the bar, the rooms, the views, and the breakfasts—everything was excellent. I loved the tour they give you of the town.

The rooms are simple and cozy and everything is clean. The place has great energy and great ambiance. Chill music, beautiful views, and great food and drinks. The staff is amazing and very friendly

Swimming pool, beach, the room, the breakfast, there is a parking, it was quiet.

During check-in, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade and a late check-out for a few extra hours. The staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive. The food was delicious. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience — we will definitely come back!

All was perfect! Special thanks to Ziad and his Manager for giving us a room with best location. The food was very tasty, room was big, modren and quiet with nice balcony. Hotel has private parking and also big ,nice and modren lobby.

The staff were exceptionally devoted accommodating warm and friendly. They go out of their way to accommodate frum needs. Gorgeous views, comfortable place, homey vibes and quiet place. Highly recommended!!!!!!

We had a great stay at the hotel and really enjoyed several aspects of it. The pool was very well maintained and clean, making it a perfect place to relax. The meals were outstanding — incredibly varied, with a wide selection of dishes, and everything we tried was absolutely delicious. Another big advantage is the location: the hotel is very close to the Tiberias boardwalk and nearby shopping centers, which made it easy and convenient to explore the area. Overall, a very enjoyable experience, and we would definitely consider coming back.
