Fabulous hotel, spacious and very comfortable room, every comfort you could want, beds were amazingly comfortable. Great facilities, incredible staff. We lived it. Location was the only draw back being a bit far away from attractions, but with taxi or auto you can get anywhere you need to go. Highly recommended place to stay.

My stay at this accommodation was very good. Mr. Naresh picked me up at the airport and took great care of everything I needed during my stay. He was very kind and helpful. The hotel were very responsive to my queries in advance of our trip. As this was our first visit to India and we were arriving at 1am Chennai time I wanted to ensure we had a car booked to collect us. This was arranged by the hotel and the hotel driver (Danu) waited for us even though one of our bags did not arrive and we were delayed over an hour completing forms etc. The hotel staff were professional, friendly and helpful - even helping us one day with our Indian outfits which needed adjustment! Bottled water was freely available and the food was wonderful - great choice and quality. Our room was comfortable and air conditioning worked perfectly in the room. The rooftop restaurant and pool are fab.

We had a wonderful stay at the Pullman by Accor on Anna Salai. While there was initially a discrepancy between the sleeping configuration in our booking and the room presented to us, this was handled deftly and professionally by the Manager in charge, Ankit, and his staff member, Rajadas. They resolved the matter promptly and to our complete satisfaction, setting the tone for an excellent stay. The hotel itself is gorgeous; just a year old, tastefully decorated, and beautifully furnished throughout. Our room was impeccably appointed, with very comfortable beds that ensured a restful night. The Mercato restaurant deserves special mention. Both dinner and breakfast offered an amazing array of options, all elegantly presented in a stunning dining space. The quality, variety, and presentation were truly impressive. Overall, Pullman Anna Salai delivers exceptional hospitality, comfort, and dining, and we would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

I actually had an event at Park Hyatt, Velachery and needed to book 10 rooms for my family. The staff at Park Hyatt was not very cooperative, so I reluctantly turned to Lemon tree as it was very close to Park Hyatt. But to my surprise, the service was exceptional. Breakfast was better than I expected, rooms were very clean. Much much better than Lemon Tree Hotels in other cities. Big shoutout to Solomon and Suhail for taking such good care of us.

Request NOT (R) NOT to book in Hotel Vistara, Semmancheri, Chennai 600131, shown in booking.com. The location shown on Booking.com was totally different from the location we were accommodated. After reaching in the late evening, almost Night, they charged for Aircondition, for beds (While booking we booked for an AC Room with two double bed). TV was not there in the room we stayed. Due to untime and as we were exhausted in hot climate we had no option to stay in an unpleasent, unclean & in isolated location. No facility was available in and around the place. It's a scam they conduct through BOOKING.COM for those who book in Hotel Vistara, Semmancheri,Chennai 600131, KINDLY BE AWARE.

I booked room through booking.com app when i went there...

I booked room through booking.com app when i went there firstly they denied and charged extra amount to checkin. i faced many problems with my stay they charged extra amount double charge actually i booked it for Rs.1683 they charged Rs. 3900. The room is not worth for 1000 also room is full smelly Ac is not working at all and leeches in the washroom and room soo horrible and scary. worst experience i never had before.

Thambram is suitable for business travelers . Reaching to Industrial area like Oragadom , Sriperumbuthur and Maraimalainagar is easy from here . Most of the software companies are also located nearby .

Had an amazing trip to Chennai!

Had an amazing trip to Chennai! The city has such a nice mix of culture, food, and beaches. Loved visiting Bessy beach in the evening and trying authentic South Indian food. People were very friendly and helpful. Weather was warm but the city energy made it worth it. Definitely worth visiting!

It's well out and far from the City.A highway with heavy traffic is the only thing we saw.The hotel we stayed in caters to the families of students at SRM University who come to visit their wards.SRM is about 6-8 km from the hotel (Grand Kalyan).I don't see any other reason to visit Vandalur.

I liked the location the most where it is very near to Tambaram railway station, staff are good, but I am disappointed with cleanliness of room, smell in the room and in general how rooms are maintained in a hotel, those can be definitely improved

My stay at Trident was exceptional with all comfort and good breakfast included. Chennai weather on the day was cool and comfortable . It was very easy & cheap to move around Chennai with Ola Bike. Anand Bhavan at various locations is excellent place for good vegetarian food and filter coffee.

This is quiet little hotel in tambaram 15 mins drive from airport (with minimal traffic). Very impressive in terms of clean room & basic amenities working in fine condition. Wifi was terrific, staff was helpful!
