    I was in Delhi for my son’s medical treatment at Fortis Escort Hospital. I stayed in the hotel for 3 weeks (May 27 to June 17, 2023)! The hotel location was excellent! proximity to the Fortis Escort Hospital, eateries, pharmacy and shops was another great advantage. The hotel in general was very clean, neat, and the beddings were very comfy. The staff were very polite and helpful (always smiling even if you are making a complain) from the gate, front desk, housekeeping and restaurant. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Mrs. Heena (housekeeping) she was so nice and dedicated to her job and has been so nice to my child always making animals with towels for him, the restaurant team that made us feel at home away Pradeev, Khusboo, Jevand, Avinash, Himaushu, Krishna, Rajesh, Pretem to mention afew and of course Thei (the Pan cake queen!) for their excellence and making us feel so at home. I want to give a thumbs up for the Chef de cuisine Mr Arshi who ensured we had our food is as we requested, I say thank you! I really enjoyed the buffet breakfast and dinner. My sincere appreciation also so to Mrs. Sharda and Miss Priyanka for the wonderful decorations, gifts and cake on my son’s birthday we can’t thank you enough it really made my son’s day! Thank you Mr Sunil at the barber shop for the African hair cut! I will definitely be back whenever am in New Delhi, India. Dhanyavaad!!

From the moment we arrived, Hemant was courteous, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The check-in process was smooth, and the room was spotless, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable. The amenities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming. What stood out most was Hemant, Aman, Rana and Pintu professionalism and genuine care for the guests. Whether it was arranging transportation, offering local recommendations, or just checking in to make sure everything was perfect, he handled everything with a smile and great efficiency.

    The best sleep I’ve had at a hotel while jetlagged. The king sized bed and duvet were SO comfy. Really appreciated the free laundry service for single women travelers—someone picked up from my door at 11pm and it was ready by my requested 9:30am dropoff in the morning. Water pressure of the shower is great. Fantastic location—it’s part of a bustling complex near the airport with plenty of places to eat (gotta eat at Daryaganj, the original creators of butter chicken!) and walk around. There are security checks upon entering both the hotel as well as adjacent shopping plazas. Staff is extremely kind and there’s always someone around to lend a hand. Worth it to pay for airport transport.

    Alwar has extraordinary architectural treasures and is beautifully situated. However like a lot India it does require patience. The main palace which is now government offices is very badly maintained with litter marring much of the cityscape. That said the art ( in the museum’s unexpectedly good collection of Rajput paintings) and architecture more than makes up for the overall neglect.
