Hi, Its literally impossible to contact the property. I checked out at 4.30 PM on 10th March and was promised that the bill will be duly e mailed to me. I am still waiting for the same. Tried calling the property and it is IMMPOSSIBLE to do so. Fault is with the Senior management of this property. RUBBISH management. I seriously wonder how one can reach this property if there is an emergency. This review will go on air with every to travel site

Highly recommended Zen studios. Staff were very welcoming and helpful, even allowing us to extend checkout time by 1 hour and kept our bags safe until a late flight. Room was spacious and clean, the in house gym saved us money and travel time. The games area was impressive and a fun addition to our stay. The apartments are also a close drive to the main malls and super affordable compared to surrounding hotels. Really enjoyed our stay, thanks team.

I absolutely loved my stay with Bristol. They have a heritage story being one of the oldest hotels in Gurgaon and have been able to maintain their legacy well. Their in room menu is good and includes something for everyone. We loved the chicken curry dinner and the chicken club sandwich we had. They were kind enough to change my to accommodate my requests. All in all a fab experience. Kudos to the staff.

Spectacular and luxurious hotel. Very attentive staff. The main restaurant 361 offers a broad variety of great quality food (Indian, asian, great sushi, western). Very pleasant seating outside, especially at this time of the year. Very pleasant and comfortable rooms.
