I stayed in the hotel for 3 weeks (May 27 to June 17, 2023)! The hotel location was excellent! proximity to the Fortis Escort Hospital, eateries, pharmacy and shops was another great advantage. The hotel in general was very clean, neat, and the beddings were very comfy. The staff were very polite and helpful (always smiling even if you are making a complain) from the gate, front desk, housekeeping and restaurant. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Mrs. Heena (housekeeping) she was so nice and dedicated to her job and has been so nice to my child always making animals with towels for him, the restaurant team that made us feel at home away Pradeev, Khusboo, Jevand, Avinash, Himaushu, Krishna, Rajesh, Pretem to mention afew and of course Thei (the Pan cake queen!) for their excellence and making us feel so at home. I want to give a thumbs up for the Chef de cuisine Mr Arshi who ensured we had our food is as we requested, I say thank you! I really enjoyed the buffet breakfast and dinner. My sincere appreciation also so to Mrs. Sharda and Miss Priyanka for the wonderful decorations, gifts and cake on my son’s birthday we can’t thank you enough it really made my son’s day! The main palace which is now government offices is very badly maintained with litter marring much of the cityscape. I hope it maintains it status for all future times and remains as a capital city. We had visited Rastrapati Bhavan, India Gate, National Craft Museum, National Museum, Haus Khas, Dilli Hat, Bangla Sahib Gurudwara, Ugrasen Ki Baoli, Etc.
