Staff going above and beyond to make the stay pleasant. Great food, amazing pool area, saw some families with kids (not a lot though). Security on the front checking all the bags like in the airport 👍🏻.

The hotel is majestic and the restaurants are great with a delectable spread.

Room - was a good size . Shaving mirror was excellent. All toiletries very good. Breakfast the attention of staff was excellent.

I had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was very luxurious, clean, and comfortable, with great attention to detail. The atmosphere was relaxing and the service was excellent. I will definitely come back again in the future!

The warm hospitality and behavior of every staff....from front desk office to in room dining everyone is carrying a wide smile and ready to do anything to make us comfortable. Specially I must mention Hrishav ( guest relations) and Shuddoh ( front desk) . The room is well decorated, clean, and equipped with modern amenities. The food and breakfast are very good. The location is well connected with shopping malls In summary, we enjoyed every bit. I am looking forward to staying here in my next visit.

Cleanliness and Hygiene of the rooms.

Beautiful ambience seeped in culture. Very thoughtful and welcoming staff - took care of our smallest comforts and details. Special shout out to Sunita from the front office who took care of all our requests and showed us around the property and to Kunal the gate guard - who was super helpful with his knowldge about Kolkata and helped us plan our each day with helpful tips and suggestions!! And not to miss - the food was awesome too each day - with super attentive and hospitable waiters!

The ease of coming in and going out is 24*7. Parking for both two wheeler and car is available. Staff was helpful upstairs with whatever is needed but can improve and be quick reactive.
