From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional warmth and friendliness from the hotel staff – everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. It’s rare to experience such genuine hospitality, and it really set the tone for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the four-course dinner offered each evening – with a selection of dishes to choose from, it felt like fine dining every night. Each course was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. The breakfast was equally impressive – fresh, generous, and absolutely delicious, with something for every taste. The indoor swimming pool was spotless and very well maintained – perfect for a refreshing dip after a day of hiking. On a rainy afternoon, we spent a few hours in the spa area, which was exactly what we needed to unwind. The ambiance was calm and cozy – ideal for recharging. Our room had a terrace with a breathtaking view directly overlooking the chairlift. We can’t recommend this place enough – whether you’re visiting for the skiing, hiking, or simply to relax, this hotel checks all the boxes.

Beautiful building full of history and charm. The room was very clean and modern with a huge balcony. The dinner and breakfast were perfect! The wellness center was great with a sauna and steam bath perfect for relaxing after a hike. The staff was wonderful and we just wish we had stayed longer.

This was a fabulous stay! We were able to enjoy the garden, hang our laundry, enjoy a large, quiet room, clean airy bathroom, friendly owner & extremely serviceable with moral support from "Ice", his charming four-legged companion. By far the best was an amazing breakfast! I'd go back for the breakfast alone!!!

Great breakfast with changing sweets every morning and a juicer to make sure to have fresh self-made juices available. Location is great to start a variety of different hikes and the way to the town center is super short and convenient. Staff was together with the new wellness area in my opinion the biggest plus. We got a lot of recommendations and the early morning to have someone treat you so nice and calmly at breakfast is really great. The wellness area is new and has everything you would want or even get at specific spa hotels.

The room was spacious and located right next to a stream — you can hear the sound of flowing water all night, which feels incredibly peaceful and close to nature. There’s also covered parking for motorcycles, which was very convenient. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly good, and overall, I’d say the stay was excellent value for money. The hotel is easy to find, just by the main road, and the staff were absolutely wonderful — if I could rate them, I’d give 100 out of 10 for their friendliness and helpfulness. I was first given a room facing the road, but when I asked to change, the staff immediately arranged a new room by the stream — and it turned out to be perfect.
