Very friendly staff, we hired a suite... to our surprise the shower had spa features with an excellent variety of massage jets. Family run very genuine The lady cook prepared genuine and excellent food all along Andrea was very helpful and entertaining with us and all guests. He was also our forest trail guide each morning.

We stayed just for 2 nights sadly. If we return back to that region again we’ll stay longer for sure. An Immaculate service. A Huge and clean room. Beds are top comfy. Don’t want to wake up. A Huge and fab territory. Awh! And the swimming pool!!! The best! Our children couldn’t believe their happiness. It was spacious, very clean and almost without people. A Grand piano on the reception. We were kindly allowed to play. Breakfast - for the first morning there were not so many things we could choose. So we asked to bring us more. We are a bit demanding because of our diet. But! The next morning we had overwhelming amount of all delicious things we love without individual request. What a service!. The staff were extremely lovely, attentive, kind, caring and hard-working. I left my hat in the swimming pool. And the hotel kindly offered me to send it via post to the another country. I would give it 5 stars hotel. Thanks a lot for your hospitality!

Everything was perfect. Its clean, convenient locataion, parking in front of hotel and nice staff Also, the food at the restaurant was amazing

- Brandnew bed&breakfast (openend in May 2024) in the heart of Gerace's old town. - Very friendly, committed and helpful manager Tea, who will make your well-being her utmost importance. - Private parking (a bit narrow) lot is some 30 seconds walking distance or so away from the accomodation (from there you will have to walk, since the house for the last metres can be reached only on a footpath not accessible to cars). We preferred to leave our car at the parcheggio pubblico next to the main street with more room to maneuver. In theory, over there are strisce blu, but no ticket machines can be found. I guess during the low season (we were there at the end of September) nobody seems to bother to check tickets. Tea nevertheless took things in her hands and made sure to communicate to the parking attendant/municipality that it was okay for us to park our car there. - Excellent and abundant breakfast at Bar Cattedrale 2 minutes away from the accomodation included. - There are 3 rooms in total (two on the ground floor, one on the first floor accessible via a small spiral staircase) in a restaurated old town building. Knowing the general character of this kind of villages in Italy (small and narrow streets, rather tiny houses located close to each other) it is logical that this will also reflect in the room size. So do not expect acres of space in your room, but there is everything you will need. TV, air condition, storage shelves, hairdryer in the bathroom etc. - Everything is neatlessly clean and you will feel very comfortable. - There is a common area (at the same time also the entrance area) with coffee machine, fridge, dishwasher and stove. Complementary water and coffee capsules are provided. - From our room in the first floor we could see the Ioanian Sea when opening the window.

We chose an agriturismo because we like to meet locals, and have an authentic experience. And we were very happy to say that we did! Domenico was so hospitable, we spent many hours with him talking (via Google translate) about his farm, and life in general. We ate breakfast and dinner, which was cooked by Domenico. It featured products from his farm and also local cheeses and vegetables. We had some specific dietary requests, and he went out of his way to look after us. The farm is a real working farm, and the liquors that Domenico produces are so delicious! As are the salami and other products. We were a short drive from the beautiful town of Gerace, and not far from Roccella and other lovely places.

Fantastic scenery. Beautiful garden. Shop to buy their wine, cheese, marmelade and oil. Superb service! Nice breakfast with only local vegetables, fruits and cheese. A lot of delicate cakes. Clean nice pool. Kind dogs …

It was in a great location. Breakfast on terrace. The host went out of his way to help us in our search for family. He even took us to the train station.

Amazing! The views are fantastic, the host is very kind. Room was new, beds incredibly comfortable. The village is very small, but we went to the local restaurant and got absolutely fantastic food. Everyone was very friendly. One thing to note - you have to leave your car a bit further from the property as it can be accessed only by walking. It is well worth it though! So pack accordingly and enjoy this fantastic room! 😊
