I couldn't fault anything Francesco was above excellent. His hospitality, his kindness, he showed us around, he drove us to places where we could dine, sight see, even to where we picked up and dropped off the hire car. On arrival he was there to pick us up and also drop us off at train station. Called us to see if everything was OK when leaving to our next destination. . Clean large spacious room, with everything you need. The location and everything is great. Close to cafes and restaurants. We can't thank Francesco enough. Great guy great company. We've made a new friend. Thank you very .much .

Lovely staff, good location, nice room... air con, Smart TV - which meant I could access my UK subscriptions (YouTube, Netflix etc.) and could watch English-speaking TV in the evenings which is good for a solo traveller. Wi-Fi was ok, but the strength of the signal was up and down - important if you rely on internet access. I was offered a coffee and croissant for the inclusive breakfast, I didn't see the advertised buffet, à la carte or Italian options so didn't have the same experience as the traveller who reported her breakfast was "exquisite", perhaps that was a language/communications hiccup.... Be mindful, you have stairs to climb to get to your room - no lifts, important only if you have mobility issues
