Everything was wonderful. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, always with a smile. The food was delicious and of very high quality. We stayed in a large, comfortable family room, which was perfect for us. The hotel offers a warm ski room, a swimming pool, and a large parking area right next to the building. There is also a ski service available at the hotel – we used it and were very satisfied. The location is excellent: only a 6-minute drive to the Alpe Lusia ski resort, a grocery store just next door, and a beautiful surrounding area. A fantastic location, perfect for a family ski holiday. We will definitely come back!

Rich and tasty breakfast; awesome welness area

The hotel is great - they upgraded us for free and gave us a wonderful room! The main thing is that it is very clean, the cosmetics have an incredible aroma, good breakfast and dinner! We recommend it 100%!

Short answer is Everything! The property itself is a cosy and gives you a feeling of being home. Staff is absolutely amazing - from the lady welcoming you on reception to the maids greeting you every time they see you. Absolute jackpot is Davide from the restaurant - he was so helpful, friendly and kind that he won us as regular restaurant guest from the first evening - and we never stay in same restaurant during our stays. The food was delicious, the service was great, the feeling as like you are home with family. This was one of my favourite stays in Italy and will be happy to go back.

The staff was extremely professional, attentive, and welcoming. Every request was handled quickly and with a smile. The premises were spotless, perfectly maintained, and of the highest standard of cleanliness.

An absolutely charming hotel with super friendly staff. The hotel is located in a historic building decorated in a beautiful mountain style, which can be seen in every detail- from the room numbers to the furniture. The rooms are not very large, but they are well arranged and comfortable. The location is perfect, right next to the main street with many restaurants and cafés nearby. A bus stop is close by, and the main bus station is about a 15-minute walk away. The hotel also has its own restaurant, which is excellent - you should definitely try some local dishes while staying there.

A very nice location and helpful and friendly Staff. Good breakfasts and interesting playroom for children. Nice view of the mountains in front of the hotel. Very spacious and clean room. We enjoyed our stay very much. If everything goes well, we are definitely going back there again!

Nice mountain environment with wooden furniture, comfortable beds, very good restaurant and exceptional wellness area for a 3* hotel.

The staff at the Hotel Lagorai, where you have to check in, were very helpful. They took me from the hospital in the evening (with a broken arm and ski boots on my feet) directly to the Affittacamere Garden Cavalese hotel. Many thanks again! My hotel in Cermis 2000 m.a.s.l. was no longer accessible due to the closed cable cars in the late hours. Many thanks for the vending machine for water and food, which also saved me. The Garden hotel is nicely furnished and also has a ski bus stop in front of the entrance.

Location is excellent, very close to many ski resorts so ideal for a ski holiday. Rooms were spacious, clean and warm. Very good value for money, would definitely recommend.

Huge bedroom with bathtub, balcony and fabulous views. The breakfast was very good with vegan options for milk and yoghurt. There were fresh fruits and freshly made cappuccino with plant milk. The staff was very friendly & helpful & suggested us some nice restaurants and even made a booking for us. There is a small wellness center & we enjoyed the outdoor sauna & whirlpool. They serve drinks between 8-10PM. The hotel was immaculate & I enjoyed my stay very much.

A nice hotel for who looks for quietness mountain life. Very close to ski lift and many tracks. The service is excellent and the breakfast is rich of choices.

Loved Hotel San Valier. This was actually my 2nd visit to the hotel and both times have been as part of a motorcycle touring trip. I paid up for a superior room and was glad i had - the superior rooms are all recently refurbished and are really very pleasant places to stay. In addition, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, the breakfast was fabulous and i felt safe parking my motorcycle. It was a short and pleasant walk into the main town to find a great selection of surprisingly good value restaurants. really enjoyed our stay at this location.
