We had a really warm welcome on arrival and Eduardo made sure we were well looked after. The accommodation was beautiful and we couldn’t fault it. Attention to detail was super. We had a car to travel about which meant location was no problem. Breakfast - great choice and amazing pancakes every morning. We would highly recommend and would definitely return.

Excellent hotel with fabulous wellness centre.family room was great,spacious,with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and balcony with great view on alpe cermis.staff was very helpful in reception and also in the wellness centre.water in pool was warm enough with lot of jets and great view from the pool.there were 5 saunas and also sauna ritual is running every day.there were wather,tea,fruit and bar available.i have ordered ajurvedic massage-it was great,masseur was great really skillful,it was like in sri lanka-i highly recommend it.breakfast was great,there were varios breds,cheese,hams,jams,honeys,cakes,omelets on request as well as many types on coffee.there was possibility to make your own fresh juice.dinner was good,you need to order table in advance.you can choose from 15meals and houndreds of vines.parking was possible in garage or outside when you have too tall car with skibox.

Short answer is Everything! The property itself is a cosy and gives you a feeling of being home. Staff is absolutely amazing - from the lady welcoming you on reception to the maids greeting you every time they see you. Absolute jackpot is Davide from the restaurant - he was so helpful, friendly and kind that he won us as regular restaurant guest from the first evening - and we never stay in same restaurant during our stays. The food was delicious, the service was great, the feeling as like you are home with family. This was one of my favourite stays in Italy and will be happy to go back.

Loved Hotel San Valier. This was actually my 2nd visit to the hotel and both times have been as part of a motorcycle touring trip. I paid up for a superior room and was glad i had - the superior rooms are all recently refurbished and are really very pleasant places to stay. In addition, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, the breakfast was fabulous and i felt safe parking my motorcycle. It was a short and pleasant walk into the main town to find a great selection of surprisingly good value restaurants. really enjoyed our stay at this location.

Wonderful, friendly service. Beautiful reception area upon entry. On-site parking available. Lots of great facilities for children including a kids play room. Pet friendly with lots of fur babies around. Room was a good size with a nice balcony and spacious bathroom. Room was clean and daily room service was provided while we were at breakfast. Great selection for breakfast buffet. Delicious food at the restaurant for dinner.

The location is just perfect, near a gas station, a supermarket, ski rentals, it's sitting right on the route to get to every ski center, no problemas to find a place to park the car (even in high season), everything. The room, impeccable. The attention at the front desk made me smile everyday. The restaurant, excelent food, terrific breakfast and the hosts made me feel right at home from the first day.

Great location (5 min drive to Cavalese - charming old towm), rich breakfast where we especially appreciated local (0 km) food, nice view from breakfast room on mountains and ski slopes, frienly staff. The biggest plus goes to pool and sauna. We had privilige that other guests have not use it thus we had it practicaly for ourself. For sure we will return.

The hotel is even nicer live than in the website. A lot of wood, a really nice wellness area, perfect price quality ratio. Rooms are clean and with wood, I think the only thing they could restyle are the bathroom, little bit dated. But all perfect!!

A charming little mountain town with all the amenities.

A charming little mountain town with all the amenities. Close to other towns of the area and to the well managed ski resorts of Latemar, Ceramis, and Alpe Lusia ( Beautiful views with comfortable runs for intermediates and beginners) We ate well at L'Bortoleto( formal dining) and MZ millenium, Montanara and HB burgers ( casual dining). You don't pay the excessive prices of places like Cortina.

The service, the staff, the environment, everything went...

The service, the staff, the environment, everything went beyond our expectations. When we wanted to ski, the manager helped us to find the place to rent the ski equipment and it is also possible to bring that equipment at the hotel. Our room was very cozy and with all the amentities you need. We used also swimming pool and sauna, it was really relaxing. The cleanness is top, I really appreciate it. I recomend this place to everyone who is seeking quiet and beautiful place to relax.

I loved this place!

I loved this place! The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. The location was perfect; it backed onto a forest so it was very quiet and peaceful. However, in just a few minutes walk I was in the town centre. Upon checkin I was given a tourist card to visit various sights and a travel card to use on all the buses. This was very convenient when visiting nearby towns like Moena and Canazei. The owners were extremely kind and helpful; when I arrived, it was tipping with rain and they very kindly picked me up at the station. They also gave me a lift when I was leaving. I would most highly recommend Residence Lagorai!

A great town.

A great town. I've been there for the fourth time and will visit this place again. Perfect place. Close to restaurants and not far to the slopes. A historic and very atmospheric town. A lot of friendly people live here. Ancora restaurant well worth a visit. The waiters and bartender are very nice and treat customers the best in the world.
