The owners were very kind and pleasant. Our room had a very nice view to the mountains, it was spacious and clean. The breakfast was average. However, the dinner was excellent.

The food is sublime, you have to have the taster menu option every single dish and every single mouthful was perfect. Coffee was amazing wine on tap red or white Priced prefect as to not break the bank E stayed for 3 nights and the beds were comfortable and extremely quite The view from some of the rooms overlooking the mountains were worth the extra price. Breakfast was good with a good selection of pastries and meats with hot Toasted bread.

Breakfast was excellent, waiter staff were brilliant and catered for my coeliac disease. Receptionist were also brilliant and allowed us to change in the hotel, well after check out due to inclement weather (heavy snow) and skiing.

Staff was absolutely amazing, rooms are very cute and cosy and the location is perfect if you want to go to the slopes nice and early. Skibus stop is literally 20 seconds from the rifugio but we decided to use the car for convenience but the skibus is a great option if you can’t be bothered to drive up and down. Dinner at the restaurant was AMAZING. All pasta is just perfect, you can really tell it’s handmade and made with genuine ingredients. Will definitely get back next time we are in the area, we really loved the room even if it was a smaller one, it was so cosy and well decorated. We really enjoyed our two nights there!

We LOVE Residence Margherita. We came here last year for my birthday and it was so lovely we returned again this year for my birthday. We just might make it a yearly tradition! Delphine is absolutely amazing and the place is so warm and welcoming and relaxed. Both of our rooms in the past 2 years have been comfortable, clean, welcoming, a full stocked kitchen, good heating, warm and hot shower water. mostly the interesting thing is every room is so individual and particular and the place has many different nooks and crannies you feel each place is special. There is a wonderful terrace to watch the snow fall and our favorite is having an aperitivo by the fire playing games in the evening and having the fabulous breakfast in the morning. Last year we came and there wasn’t any snow so we ended up taking beautiful hikes up the mountains. This year there was tons of snow so we went skiing at Le Polle and it was great fun and super easy. Montecreto is a very small little town so not much in it and a little windy road to get in and out of, but beautiful and cozy with beautiful views. Most ski places for Monte Cimone are about 25-35 minutes away. Delphine is incredibly generous and thoughtful and helped us with everything in the area. She makes our stays very unique. It is her kindness and thoughtfulness that makes the place truly special.

Very welcoming and friendly staff. The room was clean and had the necessary amenities. The food in the restaurant was amazing. The location is good for hiking over the nearby hills, walking around the town centre and visit the Castello.

The Cimone skiing resort is actually pretty good, it was my first time here and I wasn't disappointed. The slopes are nice and well mantained, and there are many restaurants and self services that offer pretty good food. Riolunato is the perfect destination because it is very close to the slopes, and the parking next to the chairlift is pretty big. I will definitely come back
