its really clean and cozy. the staff are really friendly and soo helpful . the breakfast is fresh and soo delicious. everything works in the room. the hotel is really beautiful . if ure going for a holiday i definitely recommand it. but if u need to go to the centers alot its a bit far.

After a small issue with the room, the management promptly intervened and resolved it immediately. The rooms are spacious, refined, and equipped with every comfort. The staff is kind, professional, and always ready to assist guests. A property I would absolutely recommend.

The hotel is close to the highway. They accommodated us after midnight. Very nice gentleman at the front desk even though we arrived at 00:30 in the morning.

Room was clean, bathroom renovated and clean also. Room has a balcony that is 👍. Stuff was very pleasant . Breakfast good if you like sweet breakfast .

I booked this hotel for my uncle, and it turned out to be excellent value for the money. The place was spotless, the breakfast was decent, and the staff were exceptionally kind and attentive—especially the girl with red hair and Pino, who went above and beyond to ensure a great stay. Highly recommended!

Very convenient if you travel. Comfortable, clean, parking space secured, breakfast with nice terrace ! Immediately they helped me with my forgotten clothes, very professional and helpful staff!

After requesting a double bed, and trying 2 different rooms with twin beds I was finally allocated a double bed room. I was happy with this outcome. And the language English/italian made it a little difficult to fix my request to start with.

Easy to find off motorway. Lots of free parking. Good room but walls a little thin.

Amazing location with superb views of the mountains and Vallecorsa village below. Great facilities with spa pools, hot tubs, relaxing areas and plenty of sunbeds and relaxation areas. We loved the breakfast too, which included a hot option of bacon and scrambled eggs, being able to sit out on the terrace. Special mention to Serena who showed us round the resort and made us feel very welcome.

Mr Emiliano, is a perfect host at the reception. He solved the problem for my colleagues who had problems with booking and the hotel was complete. Liked also the quality of food at the restaurant. I gave location good because we were on the road to Napoli from Rome.castrocielo next to motorway was a perfect location for us.

Perfect location to break up the drive from Tuscany to Puglia. Great pool and clean modern rooms. Alessandro in the restaurant and Christina on the front desk were absolutely fantastic. Alessandro was so helpful with things to do for the next part of our trip.
