Gorgeous hotel with a beautiful sea view. Very relaxed. Really good breakfast and we loved the funicular down to the beach. Out of town so you need to drive to go for evening meals but this also meant the location is lovely and quiet. Very friendly helpful staff. We will definitely return

The staff was extremely understanding. It seemed that the ferry was not leaving at the specified time, so they extended our reservation. When it turned out that it still works, we were able to leave without compensation.

Great location on a lovely beach, family run hotel with great staff and lots of returning customers. Parking on site, great rooms, not the best sea view but we did have a balcony. Delicious paninis for lunch, bar and sunny terrace

Was a great location with beautiful views. Allowed us to explore Elba and after the wonderful beaches then come back to a lovely pool with a bar/cafe. Room was spacious and had a wonderful view from our balcony. Staff were pleasant and very helpful. All areas were clean.

The staff Is very gentle and ready to help, I did earlier checkin without issues, they helped me to arrange the taxi to Portoferraio and last but not least the dinner at their restaurant is exceptional I forgot the view from the apartment are WOW

The staff were so helpful and friendly. I booked the hotel for the half marathon and it couldn’t have been a better location for the event. Right in the centre, close to the beach, the supermarket, restaurants, the bus stop- perfect!

The staff were so attentive and did everything with a smile. Rooms were large and air conditioning wasn’t noisy. Always room by the pool. Waiter service at the pool. Location great for easy walk to the sea front and restaurant/bars.

The hotel is located in the centre of the beautiful bay. All rooms have a balcony. If you are in luck and can get a seaview room, you get the most amazing panorama you can imagine. Staff is extremely friendly, and supportive.

Everything! Great location in stunning Sant ‘Andrea. Very warm welcome, calm comfortable room with a view of the grog pool and tropical garden. Lovely, varied breakfast. We particularly liked the jars of seeds from the garden for guests to takeaway.
